      I must be weird but I don't feel hungry when I workout....workout mind of like a hunger suppressant for me. I'm hungry when I don't workout though ๐Ÿ‘€

      u eat like u have a problem. im 6 ft 6 in and ran 3.2 miles 2 days total 6.5 miles and now its been 2 days recovery time. this is my 2nd day. i had 2500 calories just about and im still Hungary. its only 10:23 and cant wait till lunch. u need to eat more if you actually care about your body. do your friends use you as a kite at the park? if its windy do you worry about flying away? pls just tell me. love your content BTW. others who are reading dis, dis not a hate comment so lay off. take a snickers u not u when u Hungary.

      Hey I know that you really like taking new Challenges and I been watching your video for so long. You done so much for me and helping me take a leap of faith and never giving up. So I challenge you to learn Circus hair hanging. This training takes lot of time to strengthen your neck, spine, and hair facials. This would be so awesome for you to try out. Thank you so much ๐Ÿ˜

    I understand that Michelle works out a lot more than the average person and also that this video is sponsored by a protein powder brand, but it's sad that loads of viewers are going to walk away thinking they should eat like this. The amount of protein she is advocating to eat here is extreme. Maybe it's suitable for an athlete (maybe?) but it's absolutely unnecessary and unsuitable for most people. Chicken for both meals, plus eggs, nuts and protein shakes on top of that? It's a myth that we desperately need to down protein shakes every hour or we'll collapse. Most Americans eat too much protein. They hardly need a protein shake on top of the ridiculous amount of meat and eggs etc that they already eat.

    You can pour liquids into a table spoon (lime juice in salad part) to better control the amount that is added.

      @Kimberly Brouwers I guess so xD? They come in cardboard milk carton looking things. I assume the yolks get used in other products (bakery, maybe dog food), so it's probably much less wasteful to only buy the whites. Some people actually have digestive trouble with the yolks, so it's a nice option!

    A good alternative pasta is edamame pasta. It's got a ton of plant protein and it's literally just beans. Not low calorie like zoodles, but it fufills my health needs/cravings
