I think this is the first time I read a word play on "Götterdämmerung" that was not from "Der Spiegel", not to mention the first time I see this in american media. I wonder if there is a Wagnerian in their writing staff...

I'd like to buy Trump for what he's worth, then sell him for what he thinks he's worth. This Presidunce is totally inept when it comes to the duties of being POTUS.

Nixon established the environmental protection agency. The trump administration is trying to destroy it. Trump may have borrowed talking points from Nixon, but the fact is, he is well to the right of Nixon..

Really good Samantha, you caught the RNC's propaganda, and showed it for the garbage it is, too bad 1/4 of the voters are so easily manipulated, they don't see that they just gave leadership to the party, who cares so little for them and their Real needs they shamelessly play them to further their oligarchy, which will rob them blind. Sad, America, Sad.

THE SILENT MAJORITY IS ACTUALLY ALL OF THE BLACK AND BROWN FOLKS IN THIS COUNTRY WHOS HERITAGE IS CONNECTED ,SO THEN IT BECOMES IMPERATIVE IN THE EYES OF PEOPLE IN THE SITUATION OF THE ANGLO-AMERICAN TO MINIMILIZE IF NOT ERADICATE THE POSSIBILITY OF UNITY BASED ON THE INHERIT INSTINCT OF SELF-PRESERVATION.RACISM/CLASSISM IS AN AGE OLD TOOL THAT IS ONLY FOUND IN THE PLAYBOOK OF THOSE TAKING ON THE COLONIZATION OF THEIR PEOPLE WITHIN FOREIGN BORDERS BECAUSE A NATIVE PEOPLE WOULD NEVER HAVE THE NEED FOR TACTICS IN FACT THE NATIVES FOUND IN THE AMERICAS BY KING ARTHUR 11 AND HIS SON PRINCE MADOKAROUND 52 AD OR SOTHE LAND HAD NO CONCEPT OF BORDERS, OR SECURITY AGAINST OUTSIDERS

It takes a special kind of idiot to be inspired by possibly the worst President the US has ever had. I guess Trump looked at Nixon, the paranoid, regressive, liberal hater, megalomaniacal and psychotic criminal and said: “I can be all that, multiplied by 100”.

  • Jesse Torres
Jesse Torres 3 years ago +1

You know, something I honestly never got this entire election was that Trump kept saying "Make America Great Again," yet (and Jon Stewart said it best) Trump never once said what made America great in the 1st place or when America was last "great" when compared to now (though an online poll of Trump supporters had the most common answer as 1964-1968, which interestingly was during Democrat Lyndon Johnson's presidency). Furthermore, instead of saying "Make America Great Again" (for the white, working-class, Christians, who were born here) why couldn't his campaign slogan be "Make America Better Than Ever Before" (for people of all races, economic statuses, religious beliefs, and ethnic origins), which was something Hillary Clinton said a few times? Finally, I believe it was either a Screen Junkies video or a Trevor Noah video where they said something along the lines of "no black person would ever be in a time travel movie since things have always been worse for them in the past," so I doubt many minorities (myself included) would argue that our parents and grandparents had more/greater opportunities than we as a country have now. America does has its problems (although they vary between the minds of Democrats and Republicans), yet if America was no longer "great" then why do so many immigrants (both legal and illegal) keep coming here for better lives, why are we still 1 of the wealthiest and economically stable in the world despite our national debt, why is our military despite its faults still so powerful and respected (at home and abroad), and why despite all the tensions between different groups of people (by race, gender, religion, and ethnicity) in this country we still guarantee freedoms of religion, speech, assembly, and protest (which some countries ban their people from doing)? Keep on doing a great job of spreading these kind of messages Samantha Bee for this is 1 small way of keeping America great!

Well at this point it's below 40% of registered voters and they never shut up, so that would be a big NO lol.
Here's his bio btw, if you want to read about nepotism and white supremacists. Apparently he's a "Lab Technician" in his step dad's firm and is into MMA, which in my opinion makes blood-sport look bad by association

you know the Green Party is taking votes away from the poor Democratic
Party - - again!? Now you know the Democratic Party would NEVER
take votes away from anybody - - that wouldn't be Democratic. It
    wouldn't be right either.
Still, I'm givin' Jill Stein 1 to 4 odds of winning the general.
Because there is time - things been changing SO fast. Even better, I'm
givin' 40 to 1 Jill Stein will do real damage to crooked congressmen,
lying lobbyists, corrupt multi-national corporations, war profiteers,
fracken' big oil frackers, and all those in the DC media bubble. As
important as all that is though, I'm sending more of my hard earned cash
cushion to Jill because she's going to emancipate a generation from
college debt slavery. Some of those kids are friends.
She and Bernie are goin' to shove the whole system to the left, but
before that happens, she will speak some truth to power. Bonus, she's a
better speaker than Sen. Sanders (bless him), and a better listener.
She's younger, has better policies, and makes better points, isn't even a
    Democratic Socialist.
