    Two things I learned while I was in Italy mushroom pizzas pair well with the egg and anchovies work best in the laid out in the sauce and not exposed where they dry out.

    I love sweetness on my pizza. Whether it's pineapple or carmelized onions... heck I've even had fig jam. I think a pizza needs a little sweetness to hit every flavour profile.

      Breville Pizzaiolo. The drawback is that it costs about $700 US. It hits about 700˚ and bake time for Napoli is about 2-3 minutes. I don't own one but I have been gifted routine visiting rights to one. The idea of getting leoparding in a home oven (not gas or wood/charcoal fired) is insane.

    Man, if only *anybody* had actually gotten the peel technique the guy showed them. You have to jerk it *backwards* and then push it forwards under the pizza. If you push it rapidly *forwards* it's a recipe for calzones.
