when this team loses in the second round again what's everyone gonna say

  • JaeKiDd 1k subs I will restart channel up again

See how porzingis embrace his team and coach for what they did... Kyrie could never ever do that even if he was having the worst shooting performance of his career he would still start screaming if you bench him... verse porzingis cool about it and just wants whatever is best for the team to try to win ... Now that's the type of teammate you want on your team

  • JaeKiDd 1k subs I will restart channel up again

Basically this shows that wherever Kyrie goes it's him not everybody else or the teams that he's going to ...for him to already have problems inside of the nets organization or him being mad is absurd he wanted that team he got everything he wanted and he still not happy there's no pleasing Kyrie and honestly I'm glad he's not a Celtic anymore!

  • JaeKiDd 1k subs I will restart channel up again

That's because Kyrie blames everybody for his shortcomings instead of embracing people he thinks he's this LeBron like character which he's not even a tenth of the level of LeBron & I don't even like LeBron James but he a better to player & leader than Kyrie Irving that's for sure

There are different types of leadership. Some leaders have to detach themselves while some have to be "one of the guys." There are risks and rewards for both styles

Kyrie is a great player but I've never thought of him as a leader in any of the teams he has played for. Being the best player on the team doesn't necessarily translate into having good leadership qualities. Really glad to see Kemba doing well with the Celtics, great chemistry and character. It was better for Kyrie to go to the Nets, where he can share the burden with another great player, like Durant, who is also not a good leader and displays a nasty character on and off the court. Maybe their experiment will work, who knows?

Kyrie came to Boston from a championship team, Kemba came to Boston from a team that couldn’t make the playoffs, kemba def is more appreciative of his situation which is why he’s more patient

A group with positive leadership that instills confidence and a collaborative team-first attitude will always find success. Its how you get the most out of athletes. Kemba’s positive effect on Boston, and Kyries negative effect on Brooklyn is a perfect example of that.
