I adore this man. As a professional cook, I love cooking gadgets but also laugh at them, like... legit, your chef knife and paring knife can do almost anything those specialized things do without wasting kitchen space. The only time I really see the need is if you use it a lot (my garlic press) or you have physical issues, like my friend with cerebral palsey or Mr One Love here. If it helps you and you like it, get your tools.

I grew up with a blind grandfather who has literally never seen me before. Even though his eyes couldn’t see, it never felt like he didn’t know me. People who are blind are way more intelligent and Intuitive then we realize. It doesn’t make them stupid it makes them better at figuring it out. One love much respect
