Yes!! either the director is dumb or he thinks we are dumb. I thought it was so stupid how the Dr ( knowing about Sara's difficult infertility journey and trying to help her for months) without any excitement or emotion keeps saying "You don't know you're pregnant? " rather than being happy and saying "Guess what? the meds worked, you finllay pregnant!" I mean, she was on the journey with her and knew she hadn't conceived for like 8 years. So dumb.
