How do you say "egg with yolk broken/cooked" or "egg over medium" in Vietnamese?

tôi không hiểu món ăn này ngon ở điểm nào khi trứng cho vào thì bị vữa hết và sống mà cộng với nước sốt ấy ăn chắc sẽ bị tanh . với tốc độ làm như vậy tôi nghĩ món ăn này sẽ ko đảm bảo dc an toàn về thực phẩm .
