    I love the aesthetic of your video - it's both informative and calming, thank you! In other videos where cashews are used to make ice cream they've been soaked, is that necessary? And could I use frozen berries to make this more of an "instant" dessert as I don't have room in my freezer for anything, haha!! :)

    Hello, Petra!
    Although I usually do not prefer fruity or berry tastes in ice cream,I decided to make that strawberry ice cream (without rasberry)because I had a lot of strawberries at home.
    So - the taste was unbelievable!!! Soft, smooth, very rich taste of strawberries , extremely refreshing! I was really surprised that I liked it so much!!
    We ate it on it’s own and with chocolate foundain.
    Definitely going to make it again!

    Fruits must to be intense red, because,you will need to add more sugar and will not have the same taste.Your fruits still have green.This it's why I not like to buy from supermarket some products.

      Eunice Immortalis Not really, the coconut oil is what helps not melt so quickly. You can use refined coconut oil if you're worried about it tasting coconuty

    this looks so good and refreshing AND filling, and is also a great alternative to coconut-based ice creams. i dont own (and dont plan on owning) an ice cream machine, so would you suggest simply freezing/refrigerating the mixture?

    This ice-cream looks so... milky. Looks delicious. Any chocolate recipes too? I had a look on your website but I didn't find one and there's no search field to look up for a specific recipe. Btw, any alternatives to coconut derivatives as i suspect I have an intolerance to coconut? Keep up the good work!!! You both look so descent and unpretentious!

      Jazzie for chocolate, especially if you use cacao powder, make sure to add more sweetener. I learned that the hard way. It tasted awful 😂

    Hi Petra! I'm not vegan but honestly i cannot wait to try your recipe! It looks amazing!! But i was wondering if i could use frozen raspberries instead of strawberries for the base of the ice cream... Can it work despite of the residual water on the frozen berries? Thanks a lot, loved the video
