Perfect Pumpkin Cheesecake Graham Cracker Crust

  • Recipe Ingredients:
    Graham Cracker Crust:
    9" springform pan
    2 and 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
    3 TBs. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    10 TBs. (1/2 cup plus 2 TBs.)
    Pumpkin Cheesecake filling:
    1 cup sugar
    3 (8 oz. packages regular cream cheese)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 large eggs
    1 and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. ground clove
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 TBs plus 1/2 TBs flour
    15 oz. can pumpkin puree (not the pumpkin pie filling)
    This Pumpkin Cheesecake is as good as it gets. This recipe has the Original Graham Cracker Crust. Perfect for every holiday occasion.       Thanks for enjoying my videos. It is interesting because every time I try a recipe for the first time I am very nervous about it. Reading the recipe through first helps. But I will tell you a secret about that even reading the recipe through first...I still screw up. It helps also if you never give up!!!!!
