    Hi Marjorie. Was nice meeting you! I have this same pan and need to try these. A thought about the tops. What about a second pan on top which could be attached with binder clips? Could make the tops brown too.

    Hi I made those tonight only I used powdered white sugar as my glaze.I personally think they taste ok but I don't like the for the lack of a better word rubber like feel they have too moist.My parents loved them I rather make the yeast raise fried in oil kinda donuts these did not fill my craving for donuts just don't seem like regular donuts to me but have a good flavor even though..Paul

      Thanks for trying them. I did notice the dough was sort of like a quick bread and therefore I may try my banana bread or pumpkin recipe.
      That may be better.

    They look delicious !!! I got one of those bake donuts kits back in the early 2000s that i guess you remember them on tv commericals you make all baked donuts from the tiny gems sized to as big as those you made.I was never too crazy about the ones I baked but since you made those I may try it.But i been having a craving to make my reguar fried yeast donuts after them I may try your reciept. Thanks paul
