Cool! My husband has extra dense bones, having been told by a doctor he had them at age 17 when he tried to join the military.
I have extra flexible joints, but unfortunately Ehlers Danlos Syndrome is more of a curse than a super power, causing me extreme pain, exhaustion and severe gastrointestinal disorders, but hey, it sounded cool at first right??

How come I can't find any adult examples of myostatin-related muscle hypertrophy, google garners toddlers who all dropped off the map but I can't find any adults with it.

I found out I have the acn3 mutation where I can metabolize proteins not everyone else can. At least, that's my understanding. One thing I've noticed is creatine seems to have a major positive effect on my stamina when I'm lifting. I wonder if there's a connection there somehow. I know creatine is supposed to help with atp production.

Look up jo Cameron. She is a Scottish grandma that has a gene that reduces the amount of an enzyme called fatty acid amide hydroxylase (FAAH). This leads to a large amount of the Endocannabinoid neurotransmitter "anandamide" building up in your brain. Because of this jo Cameron is almost completely immune to pain and anxiety.

When we get CRISPR working on humans, hypertrophic muscle mass should just become a standard augmentation.

I have the ACTN3 gene expressed, found out with a 23andme health test. I also have joint problems at the age of 35 and wonder if this has anything to do with it.
Almost like I have this extra sprinting and short burst power for my size, 5'10" and 160lbs-ish. My shoulders are done for, hips are blown out, knees are starting to go now, neck pain and tingling, lower back, pretty much all over hurts in some way. I wonder if my bones and soft tissue have been negatively effected because of the extra stress/load I have always been able to put on them.

I've beaten my body to hell and back and have never broken a bone, the closest I've come is a hairline crack of the C1 vertebrae after an 80' fall where I landed on my face with my head tilted back, and that was a vertical crack, I didn't even know it happened til the next morning...lol.

2:00 The Infographics Show - my husband has the ability to transport under adrenaline (move fast to save someone for example) and he also has super human strength when he gets angry (which is rare) he’s been known (when he was young) to beat someone up due to threatening situation and he doesn’t remember it - he says it scared him so badly that he had to learn how to control his anger and .. why he’s so laid back now - he says everything would turn red and he would go into a trance like state - in order to defend himself or another.

Please do an episode on multiple sclerosis. I've been suffering from it for 16 years now next month and I always love hearing new things about it. I know in 1996 they did a study where 25 people went in and 24 people made it out without MS and I know they did a repeat study in 2006 where 24 people went in and 23 people made it out without MS. Love the videos keep it up!

bruh, i dunno how to explain this, but even without exercising my body has a bursting amount of stamina, and when my body should be at its limits, i can keep going, for example, i basically never go out, yet one day i did and full on ran for 10 miles, and wasnt that tired, i could have kept going if it wasn't for the fact i was getting bored after hours, then i ran back home uphill
