If you do enjoy my content it would mean lot if you could hit the like button and maybe even consider subscribing. Thank you!

So much respect for that father being honest in front of his kids.

@Milan init easy work š
The black guy at the end... Really appreciated his answer. The extra health concerns he has and getting out of breath easily. 100% genuine answer.
@Daniel Doyle think I was quite specific about which black guy I was talking about.
@Jason Clegg it just makes more sense.
Thereās more than one black person in the video, thereās only 1 last person.
@Daniel Doyle whatās wrong with saying āBlack guyā Itās a way of identification and isnāt racist. People say āwhite guyā all the time and I donāt see a problem with it.
@D.HILLA donāt overanalyse it. They just helped by tryna clarify who. Not a big deal
Respect to the last guy, everyone talks about how easy it is to hop on gear and look good, nobody focuses on the extra commitments and struggles, especially if you are competing
@steroidsR4losers bro you made a whole account to hate on people for doing something that doesn't affect you at all?
Nah being on steroids is just plain bad for u and if u can't go without them then stop
Most respect to the last guy. He was honest about the side affects and also provided other info about taking steroids
@steroidsR4losers are u jst gonna copy pasta ur respond on every comment u dont like ?
@steroidsR4losers heās doing wrong to himself and also educating others. Of course he deserves respect for speaking the truth as it is taboo and not many tell the truth by misleading others.
So doing something WRONG and being being "honest" about it deserves "respect"?
The only people in this case that would be worthy of respect are the people that DON'T use STEROIDS!
Stay natural buddy!
It's actually really surprising how many people were honest about being on gear
I challenge the ROIDERS to lift WITHOUT STEROIDS!
I await the results...
Stay natural buddy!
Why not?
Why do I see you everywhere
Honestly a huge compliment to be asked this when you actually are natural
For sure. Some people also don't know much and assume any guy with 17 inch arms are on gear. When I was 21, I would lift religiously. Sleep a minimum of 12 hours, took in like 250 grams of protein per day, took through USP Labs stack, but I wasn't on steroids and many people in the gym thought I was juicing. Granted, the biggest my arms got was 18.75 inches but I'm only 5"9, so maybe that created the illusion that my arms were bigger.
@Leon It's funny cause it's true
@Martin Cattell haha, the best answer would be "im poor"
I had people snidely remark I was on stuff ha ha. Bit annoying because they genuinely believed I was enhanced but also flattering, as you say. But Christ I could never have afforded that stuff!
The guy that was sitting down who said he was natty and said "dont I look it" actually did. Yes he was muscular, but compared to everyone else he interviewed not so much. When I used to work out a lot people would ask me if I was on gear and it just cracked me up. I was 6'2" and 210 pounds. My gym buddy used to just laugh because he knew I wasn't obviously. And anyone else who lifts serious would too. So that one guy reminded me of that.
Bro really snucked in his story like we wouldn't notice š
@SuperBased well after that comment it is time to change your profile name
Wow cool humble brag story nobody cares bro
@Frank Ocean ever heard of the word brain?
@tony don't skip your brain day
Respect to the last guy, got 3rd place and admits he isn't natural and giving good advice = all my life i've been in good shape, no gym no supplements, just workout at home and lifting weights for making my day to day easier. Also great inside on - if you want to compete you need a strict diet, strict planning on what and when you do and the edge is supplements, not worth if you aren't competing.
@steroidsR4losers The key is, everyone has their dreams and passions, and not evrything can be acheved becouse you want it, if these people have chosen this path, it's up to them, just as you strongly belive steroids are for losers, they belive they need them to get to their goal. And respect is becouse it's a touchy subject due to people who are strongly against it and love to bark at them. So yea, in my eyes, that deserves respect, every person I've trained with has openly said- if they needed the edge, steroids would be a great benefit, if used properly. Most people are there and have said they do steroids and so what does the person we are talking about suposto do? Give up, cuz other people are doing steroids and winning, but he can't cuz they are for losers? Tell me, how would you aproach this situation.
So doing something WRONG and being being "honest" about it deserves "respect"?
The only people in this case that would be worthy of respect are the people that DON'T use STEROIDS!
Stay natural buddy!
It's such a trip realizing how much honesty is one of the best things. Everyone including myself would always be upset with people when they say they weren't using steroids. But when people are being honest and admit it it's like they have an enormous amount of respect because like I said honesty is a really good thing.
I love you āļø
This is great!! Peel the lid off this bullshit. Itās not taboo and the more open everyone is about it the better off everyone will be. Cleaner, safer, more understanding of body chemistry and hormones and over all education about health and fitness. Much respect to you and everyone who answered honestly.
@Night Sky because itās dangerous tf, AND the people who lie about natty status hurt young men mentally
What makes you think it's your business what others are doing?
So doing something WRONG and being being "honest" about it deserves "respect"?
The only people in this case that would be worthy of respect are the people that DON'T use STEROIDS!
Stay natural buddy!
@English guy itās not worth it man, unless youāre competing and you need an edge I wouldnāt touch any of it, you truly never know how your body will respond to the altered hormone profile.
"Are you natural?"
"No, but I work fucking hard"
All that needs to be said
@I'm KoliP0ki you don't even look like you work out why are you mad at people that you don't even come in contact with?
@I'm KoliP0ki they're "cheating" at their own life tho, it doesn't effect you at all... are you competing against them? No. Some people really struggle with finding motivation, if it helps them stay motivated and gets them their desired physic which would be normally unobtainable for them why wouldn't you be for it?
My argument is when you see results is motivates you to work harder and more consistently. So with roids if you are seeing double the results in the same amount of time then it's super easy to stay motivated and consistent. It's a cheat
@steroidsR4losers your whole identity is campaigning against people who juice? Damn that's sad bro who hurt you?
Full respect for the father and the last guy. The father honestly said in front of his kids and The last one admit that he is having a side effect using the drug.
Hey Joe, just want to say watching your videos inspired me to start training in the gym and itās changing my life! šš»šŖš»š¤š»
Im surprised how many people were so honest! Props to them
Second guy wasn't honest was he?
So doing something WRONG and being being "honest" about it deserves "respect"?
The only people in this case that would be worthy of respect are the people that DON'T use STEROIDS!
Stay natural buddy!
Total respect to the last guy. I don't think there's anything wrong with being assisted, as long as you're open about it because the side effects are so serious that you have to be honest with yourself in order to safely do what you're doing.
I took some steroids when I was over 18. I took about 1 shot per week and I saw some growth. I was able to see that I would have to take a lot more steroids and for longer periods to get actual results.
I counted my losses and moved away.
Right now, I'm focusing on weighted pull-ups. I want to become the strongest pull-up guy (weight wise of course).
Really good to see people being honest about it. It certainly wasn't like that a few years ago. It's still disappointing though that so many people take it these days. I've been training 31 years now and simply never made the huge gains that I've seen many get in 1/30th of the time. Then again, I've seen the same people disappear when they come off it. Natural is and always will be the way to build.
@steroidsR4losers I never said it deserved respect. I simply stated that it was good to see people, who take them, being honest about it. Before, they were taking it and BS'ing that they didn't.
I've been tempted a couple of times, but never done it, and given how long I've avoided it, I never will.

I think you went to a bodybuilding event expecting people to treat gear in the same way pro athletes or boxers do- itās not taboo in bodybuilding. People have little to lose from admitting it and thus are very open about it and the health effects that come from it are now well documented both good and bad
Big respect on the honesty from most of these guys šÆ

Love the honesty! Itās about time that the clout around gear gets corrected. Education is key. Great vid!
I had a friend in college who i was lifting with for a while who was super interested in steroids. He started a cycle a little after we stopped lifting together and when i asked him what he was doing he said cardio and crossfit. Dude skipped peds while lifting only to go on gear to run.

I thought it was refreshing hearing the last guy admit he's not natural and the health risks he has, like breathlessness. I admire his honesty, and it opens my eyes to the risks of roids, despite how you might look aesthetically.
True, I hope he stays safe.
he didn't look great either
Glad to see that people seem to become more honest about it.
Really awesome to see more people say that they are openly taking something. Also I commend the guy that explained his opinion on why itās easier to be natural. I agree all that stuff sounds like itād make it harder to be on PEDs.

Respect for the guysā honesty. A few hesitated a bit too long, but not many. Great video.
Great video do more! Iād say the blokes who said they only did āprotein shakesā were not natty as thatās a ridiculously unnecessary answer to give to the qn lol.
Respect to everyone being open and honest need more of this in the industryāš¾
4:17 This was what I'm looking for. A physique that looks natural that I cam aim towards
i think that body building competition has a too small base to diverge into different categories. if there were more people interested you could have a natural competetion (monitored by a covernance like in speed cycling), and a enhanced competition where basically anything is allowed.
i would be more interested in the frst categorie, who has the best genes and willpower to grow mass.
still i respect the people who are honest about their use
The second guy standing 5 foot 2 with 32 inch arms - āIām naturalā šššš Iād believe him more if he said he was white. š
That was Roger Snipes and he actually is natural. Remember some ppl have really good genetics which is a huge factor in the way some ppl look.

As much as I respect then being honest, it's absolutely insane how many people are on something now. They've created a culture where you have to be in something to be relevant.
Great video mad respect for those who are honest
Respect for the honesty. People should be able to do what they want.
Makes me feel so much better about my extremely slow but natural gains. I always wanted to try but I never will because of the crazy side effects that could occur, scary.

I also honestly think that most of the roided people donāt look good. I mean, they look impressive obviously, but I wouldnāt say itās attractive to be that muscely and unnaturally shredded
We need more videos like this.. Bodybuilders openly admitting their use of steroids/enhancement supplement. Huge respect to them šš¾š¤š¾ and Thank you for making this video!
I think a big part of the honesty( which is still respectable regardless ) is that these guys are smart enough to know that its incredibly obvious that they're not natural. No one gets that big naturally. You're fooling yourself if you think otherwise on some of these dudes.
I am really thankful for your video and i am really thankful for all the honest people in the video, like, they didn't take it as an insult either, they came of as really humble individuals.
And I am not sure about any of them but atleast 2 or 3 of the guys saying natty actually seemed to be telling the truth from the looks.
There is a stigma about it, but itās great to see the honesty. Itās no something you should need to hide.
The guy at 5:03 was so honest and down to earth, love to see it :) Even him making kind of fun of him being out of breath etc.
@steroidsR4losers well almost everyone deserves respect (not counting pedos etc lol). Thats kind of the whole point of peace in a way. Hes not injecting it to anyone forcefully, hes talking about it openly to probably spread the word and let other guys know about the negatives too. You dont know the background story, maybe he got into fitness industry to help out his parents and was kind of forced by the industry standards to take roids, maybe he was fighting some inner demons and wanted to get big as possible to solve some of his personal issues, to prove himself something... etc. To assume everyone who takes something (only to affect themselves and themselves only) is kinda bad point of view in my opinion. Like what? Are people who take antidepressants bad too? Because the take something with addiction potencial? Do your grandma not deserves respect because shes using some medicaments too? Only the purpose is different. I dont think we have the right to judge someone only because of what hes consuming. Especially when hes not forcing it onto anyone and even spreading the info bout it.

Im suprised and happy how many people that actually were honest because there are so many ppl out there showing of and saying they are natural but you can see right through them that its just not possible. Then we have those ppl who have worked out really really har for like 15+ years that are not superlarge, those people are hard to judge. Thanks for this video !

I was shocked to find out how many people take gear just locally, not even to perform š im only just entering the gyming world, but its a real eye opener to know most of the people you see have unrealistic bodies to aim for if you were natural.
Good video bro. Nice approach to them too, I think your approach helped them feel that they can be completely honest with you too. Really cool
1:34 dude is as honest as a career politician
@Mark Withers With the camera angle you can't really see very much of him. Look at his arms though there huge. He's not natural though. No fuckin way
Respect to the people who are a bodybuilder that are honest ā¤
Azzad is definitely the worst liar I've ever seen, eyes shifted like hes been questioned about murder
@Martyr of Grenth ok, it's all good bro. I just didn't know if you was in the argument or not
@laPizza lol what? I am chill, I was just saying that you asked for a timestamp so I gave it to ya :D
You commented about the guy in the vid but your comment should be to the OP since he's the one that thinks Azzad is lying š¤·āāļø
@Martyr of Grenth dang, chill dude
@laPizza oh I don't care about that really lol you just asked for the timestamp so I gave it :)
@Martyr of Grenth he doesn't look that big. Some natty people are bigger then him
Iām natural never done a steroid In my life. Iād seriously recommend, buying a a set of gravity paralette bars, and watching TheXvid videos on different techniques on how to use them. The muscle
/ technique I have gained not even on a strict diet is insane. However always train legs at least 2 times a week, Iād recommend a š² ride for maximum growth, as this works every muscle in your legs, quads hammys and calfās.
suprised by how much people are honest about it, respect !
1:30 Not outright calling Roger a liar, _but_ , if he is natty then he's got the best arm genetics our of any human I've ever seen and if he took gear, given he's natty now, he would look like an absolute freak of nature

MAD respect to people being honest. They are also doing a public service in informing people that their physique may not be a realistic one for "regular" people to aim for. And by "regular" in this context I mean people whose livelihood doesn't depend on looking unnaturally jacked.
Got yourself a new sub mate. Second video I've seen of yours in the past week, seem like a good guy making good content š
I remember being so disappointed in myself when I was younger that I didn't look like any of these TheXvid guys I saw online who were ripped out of their minds and said they were natural. Looking back they definitely weren't and it killed my self esteem at the time.

Sorry you went through that man, that kind of thing is sadly all too common, hope your doing well now.
Back when I was a teenager 18 years ago, no one was transparent about being unnatural. I was so frustrated that I can't grow muscles like everyone else.
Still I don't respect this industry, a lot of uninformed guys think they can have a physique like bodybuilders or Instagram influencers just by buying an online program or buying supplements.
Roger: āIāam naturalā
His biceps: āIāam boutta end this mans whole careerā
@Dean Kiebooms Fr brooo
Its natural I have a gym buddy who is natural but has some sussy arms... Its just natural.
Men's oilright
@Roger Natty LMAO YOU ACTUALLY MADE A TROLL ACC ABOUT HIM
Lots of respect for the honest answers. Nothing wrong with using gear. Just be smart and safe about it.
I took 4 cycles and hit 175-180 lbs weigh wise and I wouldnāt say that wasnāt bad I was skinny up until I started I was 145 150 even with the gym and working out then started cycling hit 165 first then so on. So yes they are great but also they arenāt great for later affects.

I think while it's important to have a more critical eye of if a person is on steroids based on how built they are, it's also important to remember that some body types really can get that ripped with the combination of genes, hard consistent work, and diet. My dad can get pretty big when he wants to be consistent, considering his diet is entirely clean and beneficial to muscle building.
All about discpline. U wont be lookin like ronnie coleman natural thas for sure, which is why it sickens me when finch-models r on roids

If any of you IFBB Pros see this or are the ones in the video much respect. There's no shame in being enhanced. It's a sport to be the best. Much love. Stay safe, get jacked n tan.
I disagree! Almost in all developed world these are illegal out of prescription. Breaking the law and absusing your body with substance, I think it is shameful

@John Smith Competition yes but let's not forget the fitnessgurus that sell things and a image of themselfs to people that don't know better.
If MMA can't take drugs every bodybuilding organization should be charged to for setting a unnatural standard, most MMA fighters live pretty normal lives...alot of bodybuilders die young.
They could lose sponsors if they admit to it
And to the athletes using gear: we still love you! Hopefully they all become more open and honest but I get that they might not want to potentially lose sponsorship?

Love that more people are being open but think the most frustrating thing is being consistent for 17 years averaging almost 7 days a week (even with torn Achilles showing up to the gym with a peg leg) and people who arenāt natty knock your hard-work because youāre more in-shape than they are and THEY chose to be on things. people donāt see the 3 sets of failure sets curls or shoulder work before bedtime on top of daily gym workouts. Thatās the only thing I have against the fitness world today.
Good to see the honesty, still requires tonnes of hard work and dedication to look like that.

No
I find it interesting how most of the natural builders have to clarify that they take protein powder or preworkout, as if it's a grey area or something. Just love the honesty and clarification. And some of those guys are pretty huge too!
@Bertone4884 I donāt think you can say that without actually knowing, and I donāt think you know all those guys personally, so Iām gonna say that I think youāre wrong
Most of the guys that claimed natural were lying
great video, we need more of this
This was a great video dude. I was shocked to see how many honest jacked guys said they take gear.
If you asked that in my gym, all the Muscle Mary's would say they were clean
You got a yard of balls amigo. Keep it up. Many bodybuilders aren't nice when it comes to the juice conversation.
Iāve got mad respect for people who are honest about not being Natural. With all the fake natty body builders on social media, itās nice to see a change of pace and see people understanding the benefits and drawbacks of using them despite the press they may get.

Yeah I hate fake natties
Luckily I am natty
I really liked the last gentleman you asked. When he came out and said how he has to monitor his estrogen and his heart, then admits he is easily winded while looking like the picture of fitness! Very eye opening!
Love the last guy who tells how hard it is taking gear. People think it's just a magic potion you inject and your muscles double in size.
the dad at 235 had a heavier back squat than a dead lift? hmmm interesting
everyone knows majority of body builders are on steroids the reason a lot say they're not is because of their contracts and sponsorship deals, once they stop competing professionally they all start coming clean about their routines and what they took. the last dude was awesome, a lot of people dont even look into the possible side effects and think there's nothing that could potentially go wrong because steroids are essentially the norm now
01:33 That smile before lying šš
This actually makes me feel much better about not looking giant. I didnāt realize how many of these guys have something helping them. Of course, I donāt mean anything bad about those who arenāt natural, but it makes me feel better to know that a lot of the giants that you see have at one point taken something. When the guy talked about running out of breath. Man I felt for him Ik heās taking it willingly, but thatās tough. All the best to em.
I love their honesty.
Glad to see this. I grew up with bodybuilding competitions with 2 heavyweight parents, one of them being a iffb pro.
I was struggling alot with this when i started getting older as a teenager and could understand what was going on. I was so angry and felt so betrayed, i was also very angry at pro bodybuilding overall, i couldnt get in my head why you would base your lifes on a lie like this..
Now as a adult i've forgiven my parents and i've also forgiven pro bodybuilding. However as of today most pro bodybuilders are still living and making money of a lie, thats why im so happy to see that more people are now coming out in the open.

There were some there who said they weren't and I was quite surprised because they didnt look that big. Full respect to those who were truthful!
Thanks for the video. It completely changed my expectations.
The people that aren't natural just don't quite have correct body portions and I guessed all but one of the people you interviewed correctly before you disclosed whether they were natural or not going by those survival imposter detecting instincts, I just sort of get a way less extreme version of an uncanny valley feeling from the non naturals
Love the last guys explanation. You have to understand that once you hop on gear, you are basically a doctors guinea pig for the rest of your life. Regular blood work, medications, gyno surgery, hair loss treatment, acne treatment, physical therapy, etc. The only viable reason to take steroids is if you know for a fact youāre going to make loads of money by having an amazing physique.
Correct if you gonna be a fitness superstar like lazar angelov/ Simeon panda and make millions then its worth it.

Stay natural buddy!
@steroidsR4losers I will. The Stigmatism is bad I get it but I'm sure you heard those at the top are always taking something..
@steroidsR4losers who says it's wrong?
So doing something WRONG and being being "honest" about it deserves "respect"?
The only people in this case that would be worthy of respect are the people that DON'T use STEROIDS!
Stay natural buddy!
Tiny local gym I used to go around to as a kid from around 2007-2010 in Derbyshire was filled with a group of lads in their 20s who had got it into their heads that they needed to take steds and get as huge as possible. It was such a random small gym but this group of around 10 guys were absolutely huge. Theyd be buying and selling in the locker room and I remember hearing one of them talk about how you could feel the chemicals pump through their your bloodstream when you injected it and it gave them a buzz. One in particular was literally the biggest guy I've ever seen in a gym and I've been lifting for around 14 years. He looked so unhealthy even then, swollen red face and hands, hamster cheeks, constantly out of breath. He was also the shyest one and kept himself to himself. Probably suffered from massive self esteem issues. Heard a few years ago he was getting nosebleeds in the gym whilst lifting - and then I heard on the grapevine he literally died in the gym of cardiac arrest last year. No idea how the rest of them are doing, they'll be approaching their 40s now. Not worth it
When i was around that age me and some friends started to train...took about 6 months and a few started taking roids...i lost my apetite after a few weeks, they changed as persons for the worse and i know at least one of them regret it later in life since it gave him complications.
@steroidsR4losers i get that being natty is better for you, but i dont see a problem with other people taking gear if they do it safely and dont say that they're natural.
Best video about the industry Iāve seen in a long time. Itās out there itās normal and now hopefully it will be safer.
Gotta respect the honesty of a lot of them
your channels grown loads man, well done
I believe most of these guys. Respect for the honesty guys and more respect to the natural guys. I think the Arnold Classic would be the hardest place to admit it.
