Barcelona’s modern success has been achieved via a unique native style. The primacy of attacking, possession-based football remains the club’s hallmark and their most distinguishable characteristic.
Barcelona have also become synonymous with academy production, developing players not just fit for first team use, but who are also bred to perpetuate that on-field identity. La Masia, the club’s youth academy, lies at its heart.

And this current board wants to create a name for themselves in Barca history by completely going against it, they failed in that and they didn't admit their mistakes. Now they are trying to get as many past players into their so called "project" so they they have something to show for in next elections.

    1. Great great great video, thanks!
    2. Could you please please write out some of the names of the people you're showing in your videos? Not necessarily everybody, of course, since the likes of Messi and Iniesta should be recognized by the drawings, but some of the lesser known people.
    3. One minor correction (I think): Fabregas didn't return to Barcelona before the summer of 2011, so he wasn't actually able to contribute to the two Champions League titles. Ironically, he left in 2014 (which I still truly regret), so he missed the 2015 title as well.

Wonderful video Tifo! Great job with the narration, the writing, the scrpit, pacing. It was all wonderful and the end perfectly encapsulated all those years of work and ideas instilled in La Macia finally coming to fruition to the first team and the Spanish international squad.
However, and this is totally off topic, I was wondering how is it possible that you guys have done over 20 videos about Barcelona FC's history and not 1 is about that brazilian player that resurrected the club from turmoil and unsuccesful results in the early 2000s, of course I am talking about the great Ronaldinho. Hopefully this comment is seen and sparks interest. I'd love to see a video made from you guys talking about R10, his legacy and his football skills alongside his charisma and talent, just as you guys did with Iniesta and Messi.

Frankly speaking as a Madridsta check out our bio we began this current trend in the 50's we stole Alfredo Di Stefano from Barca its in our genes to buy the best talent as much its in the genes for barca to nurture thing is now its like Spain it was a golden generation that took it seriously and did something about it such as Bayern in the 2010's and Germany in 2014 for now management is elitist in Catalonia and they rub shoulders with other people so the notions of the faithful are second to none
