    As a french woman, I'm more and more distressed as the video goes.
    Comté is not gruyère. It's similar, but the controlled appellation origin will sic their cows at you if you say so .
    And gouda is not with goat milk, what the everloving hell? Do american call gouda a cheese that has nothing to do with gouda?!
    And no blue cheese?! No emmental? No morbier?

    I think they should try real Oaxacan chesse which is called Quesillo, it’s harder to find than “queso oaxaca” which usually is more artificial and plastic-y tasting because it isn’t actual Oaxacan cheese and just re-branded mozzarella. They’d have to ask around the latin markets/new york Oaxcan community where they can find Quesillo. Theres a huge flavor difference, its much more saltier and odorous than “queso Oaxaca” and mozzarella

    Since the beginning I was rooting for Gaby she is SO sweet! and the one time when I was saying YES that's correct! almost clapping like a proud mom, she just goes ahead and changes it xD I cannot stop laughing. Even more so because her guess was the next cheese to taste on the line.

    I just had to pause the video and a oaxaqueño.
    It’s called QUESILLO and it is NOT “bland af”. Real quesillo is sold fresh. You want it to be no more than a day or two old. You DO NOT GET THAT CHEESE IN THE US. Please please please understand they are not eating quesillo.

    Either tell all of them what the correct cheese is/whether they're correct before the next cheese or wait until the end for all of them. Knowing what some of the previous cheeses are gives an advantage for those who asked/got them correct. But as always I really enjoy this content and can't wait for more from BA!

    Okay.. so as a swiss girl: gruyère is a swiss cheese and comté is a french cheese. You cannot mix both of them. They have the same texture but they don't have the same taste even if they're similar.. ^^
    And "gruyère" is a cheese from Switzerland (from a region called "La Gruyère"), it only has been exported to France after the swiss emigrated ;)
