  • Researchers say a balanced, low-fat diet with fruits, vegetables and grains can lower a woman's risk of death from breast cancer by 21 percent. The results are notable because they come from a rigorous test involving 49,000 women over two decades. CBS News' Laura Podesta reports.

    What you mean basically is eat like every human supposed to eat which is healthier. Low-fat. Are you serious. This is not just for women who have had breast cancer or the reduce breast cancer. This is basically how humans are supposed to eat. More vegetables than fruits. Limited your number of grains cuz they can contain carbs. Drink as much water as possible and try to get at least 20 minutes of physical activity in a day. There you go. Anyone can do this. Everyone should be doing this. Stay away from fad diets.

    Low fat diet, is the great lie. They even tell diabetes that they should eat low fat diet, even though their bodies can't metabolize sugar. Stop listening to these ignorant dieticians.
