I want to continue to use the opportunity of sharing videos to promote resources to fight the injustices happening in our World. I have been continuing to educate myself and donate to nonprofits for the BLM movement and I encourage you to do the same ❤️ I love y’all so much.

I appreciate your review of them. I have been thinking about buying the smoothies but didn’t know was worth it. I totally get what you mean about only choosing two things out of convince, nutrition and price. While these are expensive I think it’s worth it for me. I’ve been trying to eat healthier but it’s hard for me to put it all together and then prepare it. If I can pay a few extra dollars to have it come packaged for me, I will. If it helps me from eating out then I’m saving money. So I think I’ll give them a try.

I love daily harvest since I work crazy hours and I am single so I only have to feed me it’s been a life saver for me bc I have gained so much weight after moving to a more rural area where there aren’t healthy stores or restaurants so I was eating junk and fast food that I had sensitivities too which resulted in me getting fat and sick. I started using daily harvest and my stomach has bounced back and I am losing weight and feeling great! Also, the food is really good

I’m not gonna lie, this concept it REALLY tempting! But at the same time I feel if you do one trip of bulk grocery shopping, cut and freeze these veggies for the soup/smoothie it could be really cost effective. But again what you said was completely true, you can choose only three out of cost-effective, convenience and nutrition😅 Loved the video tho💗

I’m curious how you guys plan meals at home with such different tastes in food. I have a similar issue so any tips are welcome.

Maybe it's because I live in Chicago, and work downtown, but the price per serving seems pretty on par with what commuters spend on food to go.😅

I've been getting these for a couple months now. Just a few tips - the harvest bowls, oat bowls, and flatbreads tend to give the highest calorie/filling feeling per $. Flatbreads are actually two servings if you're looking at calories vs price. The Brussels Sprout + Tahini harvest bowl gives a decent 470 calories - it's one of my go to's. The Cacao + Avocado smoothie gives 530.

I appreciate this review! I was tempted by the ads for Daily Harvest when they mentioned all their options are gluten and dairy free, since I am allergic to gluten and I'm lactose intolerant. The hardest meal of the day for me is dinner, because I feel like my food allergies limit my options so much and I'm often too tired at the end of the day to commit to making a complex meal. Some of the items on their website seemed pretty overpriced to me, but now I think I will give their harvest bowls a shot since they seem like the best value and they could convenient, healthy dinners after a long day.

I can't get over the bowl - $9 for 250 calories? Of course these foods are healthy, but so light in calories :(

I loved everything about this review. Very thorough. You literally told me absolutely everything I wanted to know, especially having another completely different perspective on the flavors! I also loved the financial breakdown of past, present, and future you and cost v. value.

I was soooo freaking excited to see that you were doing a review on this! I was close to ordering this, but as like you, I was having a hard time justifying it into my budget. I think I'd prob also like the oats and the bowl, but I'm going to hold off for now due to the price point! Sending some positive vibes your way from Iowa 💗🌺🤗

This was so helpful and informative--in considering Daily Harvest. I'd love to see what your thoughts are on the ice cream, as a treat, and some of the other flavors--esp. to see if any of the flatbreads would actually be good. Thanks again!

I think when you think of it as a way to keep you from spending more on take out when you need something quick, it’s a fair price point and great to have on hand. But overall if this would just be your usual meals all week, it’s high! I buy some frozen meals every month or two that are $6-10 to keep me from spending $14-25 on take out in a single night! It would also be cool for a few of them to recreate them. And adding meat / grains would definitely make this a good hearty meal! Thanks for all the transparency!

Violife parmesan wedge at whole foods, it's just like parmesan and you even grate it like parmesan. instantly improve the flatbread since you were talking about parm i thought you might want a vegan parm recommendation
