Was teaching my friends young kids how to throw. Then I asked his 11 year old daughter to throw me the ball. She was all natural. Never thrown a ball before. A couple tips and she was whipping a baseball. She ended up playing softball after that.

We get to see almost only see one completion at the end and it still cuts. She needs to work on keeping the ball down. Looks like it sails past him every time she throws. Distance throws are really not hard. Its hitting someone in their spot that counts.

Good hips doing most of the work, bad throwers usually have an ok arm, but the body doesn't move... Shes got smooth form which is launching the ball, the aram not doing all that much

@Moshe Cohen the fact is most men, even ripped dudes, can’t throw a football 20 yards accurately. It’s mostly about form and natural make up. Josh Allen had terrible foot work and release til his second season in the nfl, all through out college and before his mechanics were as awful as mayfileds, yet they can still launch that think 50+ yds off their back foot. That’s nothing to be proud of because it takes close to no dedication or effort, their ligaments, hips and rotator cuff are just perfect at birth. This girl has great mechanics and footwork. That takes effort, unfortunately she has no chance of playing football at any level past jv
