I miss Red Lester so much. It's my favorite cheese. They have it in NZ but it's in tiny blocks and costs an absolute fortune.
(1KG Edam block (about ~$8.99) vs a 200g block of red lester (about ~$8.99!) 5x more expensive!!
Curious Barry, would you pay ~£4.50 for a 200g block of Red Lester in the UK? It's day light robbery haha
EDIT: you should make a video showing how to make Red Lester, and I could attempt it, assuming the ingredients don't cost as much as the damn cheese haha.

Barry! Love your videos! Also I was wondering have you ever cooked Asian dishes or used ingredients like black garlic?

Thank you for bleeping out "Alexa". Can't tell you how many times it's gone off due to a video i've been watching, even if someone is just saying something like "I like the" it causes alexa to shout at me.

Not sure if you have them in the UK but this is essentially a caulking gun but with cheese.

Just wanted to mention, incase anyone is interested, I used to work in the factory that makes the crackers that you used (my brother still works there) and Asda, Sainsbury's and Tesco own brand crackers (not the budget brands but the "chosen by you" ones, the own brands with the nicer packaging) are actually Jacobs they just change the stamps on the crackers and the packaging also cheese thins from Aldi are cheddars but none of their other crackers are Jacobs. I try to tell this to as many people as possible because there is a major difference in price, especially the selections at Christmas, which is absolutely disgusting when it is literally the same thing with a different name.

Your joy is so contagious! I don’t even care about the gadgets, your presentation just makes my day. If you can’t get a contract to represent someone’s gadget, then nobody can. Anyone would be crazy not to hire you for big bucks. You’re funnier than most comedians I’ve seen. Thx for the laughs. Oh and the cheese doodler is ok too. Lol

45 watt isn't enough for a ton of cooking stuff, us appliances max a 1500w and tons of resistive loads like cooking devices use all of that

  • Monty Python the Flying Circus

I think you used the wrong cheese Barry, English hard cheese like Red Leicester and Cheddar does not have the same melting point as well as some other softer French style cheeses like Brie.....

01:37: "You can clean cheese out of your shaft..." Sounds like you got Mr Biffo and Paul Gannon to write your script, there. It's definitely one of those "I wish I hadn't said that out loud in front of everybody" moments, isn't it, Barry? The look you give after saying it speaks volumes. 😆😆😆
