  • We pound this chicken, use a varity of spices, bake it and then it just disappears. It is a great way to prepare chicken for lunches and dinners for the week. We use this for sandwiches, creamed chicken, chicken and rice. So many options and it could not be more tender!

Make a white sauce (my video on Macaroni and Cheese shows how)
Do not add the cheese, add small pieces of cooked: Chicken, peas, onion, carrots cubed potatoes. pour into an unbaked pie crust cover with crust and bake until crust is golden brown. Very basically that is it. I will have to make one when the weather gets a little cooler.

Hi Margie. Your Chicken came out delicious. Sandwiches sound great on a roll or hamburger bun. I need to get me one of those meat pounder gadgets. Have a great weekend Margie and thanks for sharing. :)

    Jeff,
I promise u that I did not wash or wipe the pan in anyway...It would be important to soap it up well anyway because it was used for cooking chicken.
Give parchment a try. Now if you want gravy do not use parchment
Parchment is perfect for making wings because absolutely nothing sticks.
    Hey, thanks for watching.

Great timing! I'm making king ranch chicken tonight for dinner and was wondering how to prepare the cooked chicken that the recipe calls for. Thanks Marjorie!! :)
