Got the same thing at the minute. I rested it for 7 weeks, then played again and it has done the same thing
Same here, 3 years ago while hitting a free kick in the last 10 seconds of a game, but I messed up and came back before I was supposed to

I loved the body cam in the training session, as a goalkeeper its really interesting to see what kind of drills the pros do and how good the technique is. The only thing is I want to see more even if it was a second channel sort of thing.
Ben, this is the one game I have been waiting for all season. I am a massive toon fan and as soon as I saw that you got the nod I was gutted. Love your channel and have always watched you game play but was really hoping that we got the 3 pts. Hopefully we can stay up but overall I enjoyed this vlog the most.... keep up the great work and I look forward to the next one

Nice to see you back Ben! I had the exact same injury a couple of years ago on a goal kick, ended up doing it again on my first touch of the ball after seven weeks and being fully healed, still can hear the pop. Hopefully you get better luck than me, cheers Fozzy

Hey Ben, as a fellow GK, I’d love to see a detailed video of the gloves you wear. Do you use finger protection? Wrist protection? Tape fingers? Strap or strapless? All of things I think would make a great video in the future.
Maybe you could also detail what else you wear for a game, like shin guards, cleats, undershirt, etc.

@Obskar I recently purchased a pair of Kaliaaer gloves and they’ve been fantastic so far. They did have a nice looking pair of strapless gloves that I almost bought, but decided not too

Ben , fantastic your back in goal 🥅. Have few questions for you. 1) U ride a bit on match days , how does gaffer or Gk coach feel about it as risk of injury can occur prior to match. ( I myself think it’s great pre match relaxing . ) 2) where has been the best place u have stayed on the road ? 3)what is your pre match snack if any ? And how far out is it from kick off. Absolutely love the content you are doing. Give driver a shoutout from me . Would love to have video on just his story about how he got to be where he is .

Your injury sounds exactly like what I did about 6 weeks ago. Heard/Felt a pop taking a goal kick. Carried on playing for 2 weeks with others taking my goal kicks. Rested over Xmas so hoping it’ll be ok for my first match of 2022 this Saturday 🤞🏼 (Henry’s OAP Dad!)

Hey Ben, I'm just wondering like when I have a 1on1 or when I'm coming out for a cross I have a fear of just getting knocked, do you know how to get rid of it? Anyways amazing content keep it up
CLASS videos as always!! Couple of things tho…. WHAT GLOVES DO YOU USE? Also how many sessions of training do you wear the same glove for, as a keeper myself in the 6th tier of the English football I seem to change training gloves fairly often and always clean them after but just seem to get the duration of them.

Whilst you were away it really hit home how important you are to the footbaling commmunity and how valuable these vlogs are, I know you're getting on a bit (just a little😉) but really hope you are able to stay in the premier league environment for a few years more or adapt what you are doing to a lower or non-league environment. Really loved discovering this channel last year, and love watching the videos when you are able to get them out
p.s. you are a prem quality keeper for sure, so no disrespect with the lower or non league environment thing, there are some great teams like hashtag united that content-wise are doing incredible things for the footballing community
