Google would be better off doing what they do best - software. Leave the messy hardware business to hardware manufacturers.

This is awesome. For me I don't have much time to watch this stuff but I love the way you guys do it and the commentary. Can i also say Brian Cooley and Lexy Savvides did such a wonderful job breaking down all the rumours and the products plus the conversation was so informative and very interesting. Well done you guys and Real respect tk you guys for these events. Could you maybe do the live coverage for One Plus and Xiaomi devices maybe. Go cnet!

This was great. I liked the talk at the beginning with expectations and the breakdown afterwards. I haven't been on this channel much, but I liked how both speakers were decently knowledgeable about relevant tech in different directions. Helped process the event much better. Also great personalities 👍

I have to say I am really disappointed, I was really hoping they would bring out a new and much more powerful, larger Google Speaker, pref hi-fi quality speaker that I can happily use one either side of my tv for great stereo sound, a speaker to rival or better Amazons offering but NO, they only release a slightly improved google mini :(

It’s cool how Google just gave us some brand new smartphone features 5 years before Apple will introduce them.

    • Churro Playz
      Churro Playz 2 months ago

Christopher Finn Apple does that cause they first wanna see the results of how that turns out. They saw wireless charging became more useful since people complained about cables and so Apple capitalized on that. That’s marketing for you.

    • Christopher Finn
      Christopher Finn 3 months ago

Jack Alope I was just kidding around. There’s really nothing great but what I mean is that Apple waits like 5 years to do what everyone else does even if it’s a good feature like 5 years to add wireless charging

    • Jack Alope
Jack Alope 3 months ago +2

@SoundsoTheir consumer products and presentation feel similar to Microsofts consumer business of the last years. Googles design language constantly becomes more colorful, includes new materials, the videos show families and old people in overloaded apartments. They are talking about the way we use tech instead of beeing tech obsessed or nerdy about their products.
