    I’m English and Irish, and all of my Irish family either took shots of raw apple cider vinegar, or mixed a shot with warm water. It grossed me and my all my English fam out so much as a kid, but my great gran lived till her late 90s in good health so clearly she was doing something right

    Ladies, this diet wasn't filling for you because it was prepared based on the models BMI. Their calorie requirement is ofcourse going to be different as they're so skinny and have a small tummy. Whereas us on the other hand with normal bodies will ofcourse need slightly more than that amount of food.

    His program does much more to help dieters lose as much weight as possible. It corrects the rampant misinformation that dieters receive from the mainstream diet industry.

    To stomach apple cider vinegar with the mother. Take 1000ml bottle of water, 30 ml of apple cider vinegar, and pre workout c4+ fruit punch 1 scoop. Mix it together. It taste a bit sour but it's drinkable and u get use to it by day 2.

    Of course you would feel hungry going from eating a lore of food and whatever food you wanted to a healthy food only and portion controlled diet. This isn’t that crazy of a diet if you’re used to eating healthy lol. I was brought up organic and healthy so I eat like this daily and I’m never hungry.
