It seems like some flavored water with some electrolytes, sugar and some rest ingredients. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I just don't think the price is worth it for that. It's basically $2.50 per bottle. I can get similar products for much less.
I tried all the flavors n it tasted way too sweet which makes no sense because it says it only has 2 grams of sugar. I love KSI but ima stick with my glacier freeze Gatorade🤣
