      Sara Talab what they mean is that you can store them up to 3 month, just in case you have left overs you can freeze them and use them later

      anjora sí, leave them to thaw then cover with a towel to try and proof it before baking

      You can just remove it, it will just make the glaze less thick and have a slightly different flavour but it should still taste good 💓

      Your milk might be too hot if the temperature is over 110°F it will kill your yeast

    I need lots of help with baking because I'm generally bad at it, however, I made these yesterday and I'll give these a Hell Yeah! I took the recommendation of others and allowed for a 10 minute rest after I spread out the dough. These rolls came out soft, fluffy, buttery, tender and almost melt in your mouth. i wouldn't recommend these to those who have issues with self control like I do. I practically inhaled two of the rolls before they cooled off! Cannot believe I baked something this good! They're like Cinnabons, in their addictive quality, but less sweet, more fluffy, and better butter taste. Wow!

    Apparently, Cinnabon bakes their rolls to 165 degrees (F) internal temp -- instead of the normal 195 F.
    Kinda scary to go through all this and then under-bake them.
    Maybe I'll try 180 F

    this is a really nice thought out video! I make cinnamon rolls all the time, and even I learned a few new things! i will definitely be using the dental floss to cut them! Also, a tip for the icing: I make it in a 4-cup liquid measuring cup (with a spout) so it’s a lot easier to drizzle over the rolls, it gives you more control over how much you are putting on and where
