Funny thing is the majority of k-pop fans I’ve interacted with over the years online and in person are at least 16 or older I’ve met a fan who was in her 60’s before and they say k-pop is “just for kids.” Like?

    “kpop is for children”
Been into Kpop since 2009... 10 years later I’m now 18 years old and still adore kpop because it has taught me how to dance, have style, it has made me happy, taught me a new language/culture and also taught me how to be an open minded individual towards other genres. I have no shame to be into Kpop 🤷🏻‍♀️

NJ resident here! NO ONE says New Jersey when performing here. We get New York or Philadelphia, but never New Jersey. The Super Bowl was held in East Rutherford, NJ but they billed it as NYC. It’s so annoying. Like are we a joke to you? 😂The only performer I’ve ever seen acknowledge New Jersey was BTS. I’m not even a BTS fan, but I appreciated that. At least Fort Worth & Dallas are in the same state 🤣

Let me make an analysis of some of his tweets cause I'm bored and am disgusted.
One big complaint of his was that the boys "weren't singing live."
HOOO BOY LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING
Fun fact! It's hard to sing live while you're d a n c i n g ! Besides, all they had was a backing track. Literally any artist who sings live (once again, especially artists who are d a n c i n g ) will have a backing track.
Another was "SUPER M didn't know where they were performing. Their stage said it, their merch said it."
Like KJ said, they can't be expected to know all of US geography AND Asia geography and then name Korean provinces. The stage and the merch are both out of their control. You could bet they didn't even get to look at the tour list to know exactly where they were. They were just told Dallas by their managers. Might I add that, like KJ said, US EVENTS MARKET CERTAIN SHOWS IN DALLAS FOR FORT WORTH AND NEW YORK FOR NEW JERSEY.
Because I don't want to waste too much time, I'll leave you with these ones: "God, I'm sorry I upset your little fanboy/fangirl hearts because of what I said" (sarcastically) and "KPOP is for 13 year olds."
To knock the second one out of the way, KJ does a good job. But the first one is utterly such a rude thing and just emphasizes what's wrong with today's journalism. Let me explain.
I was once told by a teacher when writing an article that if I didn't follow the basic rules to journalism (which I'm not sure of the validity behind that statement), we would not be able to publish our articles. These rules contained a certain statement that read "to show both sides to an argument" This way opinions are balanced and fair. But today, journalism is filled with false truths to get another click on their article or a sale of a magazine. It is always opinionated, and tends to not get fairly represented because the other opinion won't make the same cash.
Also "Kpop is for children" like SIR HAVE YOU NOT SEEN DALLY BY HYOLYN or the fact that certain choreos like RV's Sunny Side Up, Itzy's Dalla Dalla, or Sunmi's Full Moon are getting censored on shows for being too inappropriate? And Sunny Side Up was changed before its appearance on any show, and was still very 19+?

I'd say if you're over the age of 18 (and that's really pushing it) and you're making childish remarks like that, it's time to reevaluate your life. Cause you obviously didn't do much research on the history of the industry.

    Luckily I'm 14.

23-year-old here!! Saying kpop is for kids is basically comparing it to cheesy Disney channel tv shows, which ARE aimed towards kids that age. Not judging, as I've watched quite a bit of Hannah Montana. lol Or comparing it with Jojo Sewa or whatever her name is, which little girls are obsessed with these days. You CAN'T compare kpop with children's entertainment, you just CAN'T.

Kpop is amazing for all ages. Got 15-year-old idols doing cutesy concepts, 30-something idols doing sexy concepts. A wide range of styles with a little something for people of all ages. And one of the coolest things is growing up alongside these idol groups, maturing as they mature. BUT, not gonna lie, I am a closet kpop fan irl. Not because of my age, but because it's really looked down on in "backwoods America" for liking anything other than country music. People find out and ask me "oh so you like hot asian guys?" SO WHAT MAN, LET ME LIVE MY LIFE

wow this whole video lacks info, that me, someone who likes kpop and doesnt read much news knows about. From the 46 seconds: Mamamoo and AOA of course are coming back, Queendom was a big success and it's not only smart but the whole purpose of the show was for them to comeback, wdym. Blackpink is not coming back until next year because of all the scandals their shitty company have to deal with and a lot of people are gonna be in jail so there's not gonna be enough ppl to manage groups. It's not hard to research these things, if I don't even look for them and I?m better informer than a 300k channel...boooooy
