sometimes i cant believe these guys have engineering degrees, but then i look at the rigor of testing they put chicken nuggets through and realize that yea...only engineers are this methodical about ridiculous things

i don't blame him. i have this weird thing where i would eat something like.. pork, eggs, chicken, etc and enjoy it but i overthink too much with my tastebuds and it starts tasting too much like.. an animal idk how to explain it lol. idk about the pringles part cus it's just potatoes.
Well, any real chicken nugget connoisseur really knows that oven taste 100% better than microwaved.
Same thing with pizza rolls
Deep fry and air fry are superior. If you want more crispy and darker, deep fry. If you want the Dino nugget feel, air fryer. Oven is fine and microwave is just horrendous. But does the job if it’s all you have. The end of this debate.

I would love to see an episode where Rhett & Link compare signature dishes to their fast food counterparts. For example - Domino's Brooklyn Style Pizza vs actual New York Pizza, or Jersey Mike's Philly Cheesesteak vs an actual Philly Cheese Steak.

the yummy ones are my absolute favorite, I put creole on them and air fry them at 400 for 15 minutes
One of my first graders was distraught after lunch. They had Dino nuggets for lunch and he thought dinosaurs were extinct so his little mind was blown.

Jk, it works like a charm. It's cronchy now. I eat with rice and a side of soup.
I do the same. They say 8 minutes in an air fryer and they go in for at least 15 lol
Sometimes, I will microwave them a little to defrost them, and then shallow fry them in a thin layer of oil in a skillet. (Then I dry them a bit with some paper towels, because now they've been fried twice.)

(Just rewatched some older videos recently) I have made a discovery of a nugget with a similar tempura breading like McDonald's nuggets called Pilgrim, there isnt any pepper-iness to the breading so it showcases your favorite dipping sauce perfectly.

As someone who spends a lot of her time around children my meals usually consist of what they eat. Which is chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, and french fries almost exclusively. I agree with Tyson being number one. My great nephew won't eat any other kind and he is not necessarily a picky eater, he just claims that the other ones "taste like butt"

I will admit that the choices they make does influence me at the grocery store lolol I sometimes just want to try the stuff they eat and say is #1! I tried the poptart they said was was the top one, the berry one, and I actually do like it a lot, but also I love the apple crisp one
