@ibrahim Hussain wtf are you on about? It's not about been nice or rich they both earn enough to be able to live in that house. There is literally no source saying ksi paid 90% and Simon paid 10% but there are a lot of videos were they both literally say it's our house or its my house. Simon is very rich he could afford this house alone it would no big deal vikstar has a 4 mil flat and he lives alone with girlfriend if I had to guess the top 3 richest sidemen would be ksi, vikstar and Simon and Simon's networth is literally over 10mil
@shiron radiation Ksi is a nice guy and he probably offered to cover the majority of the cost. It's not rocket science it's just how finance works anyway they've moved out.

An apartment like that in Central London would cost way more than a luxury mansion tbh. KSI used to live in a mansion with gym, cinema, indoor pool, sauna and a lift that went from pool to kitchen to his master bedroom before he moved to Central London last year. He probably still owns it coz he owns real estate all across England worth over £10 million.
