All of our pipes are connected that lead from our house to the rainwater catchment tanks. The next time it rains, we will be officially catching rainwater! We also begin building the pump house which will provide our home with clean water. Entertainment
It does all the graphics one would need to display an idea to a container home lover. containar.homes Easy. Effective. Must have. I especially enjoyed the auto-roofing option. It made a long story short, and did it with amazing lines.
It must be awesome to find a partner wife that wants to build something with you and love doing it like you guys do♥️
Sergio Granados #relationshipgoals
I think you are an amazing couple who have taken on one the hardest projects to do as a husband/wife team. No blood drawn......no ugly silence........ya'll are kickin' it!!
You guys are such an inspiration makes me wish I was young again without my disabilities, so I could do something like this too. I wish y’all only the best for your future!❤️👍
I know how u feel hun ..miss using my body for all that good hard work
Your husband is one strong guy, it's amazing how just you two are keeping up with this work. Much respect
@Alika Huntley I'm guessing you're trying to say something here?
@Alika Huntley I'm guessing you're trying to say something here?
You have the wrong number.
Si.Ella es una chica muy trabajadora !!
He is a special guy... I love hearing you give him respect and honor... He deserves it and I don't hear that from every wife. Y'all have a great relationship on camera. I wish you well in all you do.
You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work. It is beautiful to see how hard you guys work. I hope happiness never leaves you guys.
I've been following you for a while and want to say you don't take shortcuts when you build. The extra work to do things ny the book will pay off years from now. You have every right to be proud of your accomplishments. I am excited to see you complete this very ambitious project. Good On You !
Enjoying your progress and the love you both share is such a pleasure. The home (and life) you are building together will be a lasting joy. Thanks for bringing us along!
All the stuff you guys have been doing is so labor intensive , I can't wait for you guys to get to enjoy all the hard work you are putting in !
I love your comment bro.
@Dino Hauska I have watched other tiny house couples and some see it as building a relationship together, knowing they will be together forever.
@Dino Hauska lol sure
It's not bad you just have to look past that.
I love watching all your efforts on this project! Awesome couple!!! THANK YOU! Will y’all show the inside? I think it’s amazing all you have done! I’m in Central Texas! Blessings to y’all 💝🌼🦋🌺🕊
Gosh you made me weepy when you did the concrete prints and included Bear. I'm such a sentimental slob who is so proud of you both for everything you've accomplished so far.
I LOVE watching you all build your home. However, I’m concerned with the water catchment system. I know it is downhill from your house but I fear the pressure will not be enough to fill your tanks. You have a buried pipe that will move rain water to the tank but is there enough pressure to move it from the roof of your house to the top of the tanks? I know Spencer is a really smart guy but my physics class say there won’t be enough pressure. I truly hope I’m wrong but please double check your calculations so you don’t have to do more work.
You guys are so adorable specially with Bear. The concrete hand print puts me in tears. Reminds me of a house we use to live 30 years ago. We went back and me my little brother were running around and we put our feet prints through the concrete while concrete was wet. My dad smile and left like that. 30 years later we went back to see if they were there. Sure enough it was. 2 big me in their 40 crying like babies
really love watching your progress, may God bless you both in all that you do.
You guys are awesome- and so is your journey- thank you for doing it and sharing! Inspirational and informative... and hilarious! Love all three paws saved for posterity :)

Absolutely!
Absolutely inspiring.
I've been watching you kids for quite a while now and I think your two of the hardest working people I have ever seen. Your not only building your home you are also building a strong and lasting relationship. Best of luck!
Really made me happy to see Bear included in the hand printing. He enjoys every project you guys do that involves digging!
Refreshing to see such a fun loving couple!!
God bless you both!!
Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us. You guys are AMAZING. Not only for taking on this project with no prior experience, but also for being there for each other and not letting the trials hinder your obviously great relationship. After seeing this video, I wonder have you thought of utilizing a "gray water" system to flush your toilets. So you won't be wasting the rainwater on waste. Congrats on progress so far. Looking forward to seeing the house finished. God bless.
When will it be finished inside and out? Please send videos.congratulations including the new person.😃😃😃
Awesome how you work so well together, in all aspects of your life. Sending you blessings from South Africa 🇿🇦
You guys have come Soooo far in a year! You're doing great!!

omg those prints in the cement, priceless moment🐾👐 GOD BLESS YOU GUYS ALWAYS 😇
Let the concrete set up a bit next time.
@Jason Morehouse Seriously?
they put them in concrete, not cement . cement is powder
Its coming together. So happy for you guys , its been a journey.☺
The paw print was so adorable, you need to do another concrete project so you’re new puppy can do the same 🙂
You must feel so much satisfaction! I'm excited so I know you are super excited to have made it this far. It is beautiful. I started watching you all because you are making your home from containers. I've studied this for so long and I want a container house too! Journey On! 😊😊😊

Subscribed! 🙂
Such an inspiring journey that you both have taken. Well done!
Can't wait for the next update (video).
Good job! Very interesting! As you were putting it together, I was thinking that the pipe from the house to the tanks will always have water sitting in it after a rain. Do you find the water goes "sloughy" and contaminates the tank water?
Nice to see a couple build a life together. My best to you, thanks for sharing!
Watching your videos bring me cheer I'm happy for you guys.
When I was little my parents and I built our house in the woods including clearing the trees for it. Working on the weekends, holidays, and any extra time we could carve out it took thirteen months (13) to finish it. There was always something more to do. It seemed like forever! But so worth it. We moved into it in 1978. My dad died in ‘94 and my mom lived there alone for another 12 years until her stroke. Seems like a lifetime ago. So many memories.
Mark Conger Those must be some very nice memories working together with your parents.
You’ve made some great strides! Keep up the great job!
You 2 are amazingly good together. Question. How will you keep the water from freezing in the PVC pipes and tank?
You guys are awesome! It has been quite the journey and I've really enjoyed watching the tremendous amount of progress. Spencer is a work horse! Kudos to both of you for such determination!
Great video, really enjoy watching you guys. Hard to beleive you are not finished.
Guys you are doing so well, inspiring to others who stuck in this busy world.
Hi there! You guys have come a long way since starting your house, doing the rainwater catchment system, etc. All I can say is, Bravo!, well done! You’ve done great so far and I’m in awe that none of you have done something of this kind before! Awesome!! It looks great indeed. Hugs Anthony X

Oh yes, let the rains begin! It's so cool you guys did the hand prints, and love watching the funny outtakes!
Awesome job an set up, always put a twist on the connections of the PVC, helps push out any trapped air.
My respect to both of you ! You are such an amazing couple. How you work as a real team in your proyect gives my whole admiration to you! I'm so into this kind of construction and learning so much with you guys!.
Best wishes to you both......You will make mistakes along the way; but that's part of the experience.
Looking great you two. A year already, Wow - good job!
I’m loving the transformation of the house and property, also loved the ending with hand and paw prints.

Hi Mackenzie and Spenser ;-) Great job! You two have done so much work! Do you ever take a day off to just relax and have fun?
Y’all 😭 make me wanna find a relationship and convince her to move to the woods with me and build a container home.
Best of luck ❣
Ever since I was 14 I had the same dream, starting while scout camping and looking out for somebody like you, but put on a tea shirt, please. Learned skills as a child, they serve me well even now, at 74. At the time men got rather scared off. I have great admiration for this young couple 💜💚
and wish them the best of all wishes 🌞🌈🤗🐕🧚♂️
Thanks for letting me come along on you journey. I look forward every week to see the 3 of ya and your progress.

You 3 are so awesome. Have loved following along and seeing your progress. Just amazing!!
Ótimo trabalho, lindo casal, um lugar maravilhoso e um bom cão::isto é felicidade!!!

This is quickly becoming the best off-grid/homesteading channel, ever. :)
You both are so amazing and so hardworking.... Love to see your house ....fantastic work
not only the changes you've made but lessons you've learned. I love watching you guys ! I can appreciate all the hard work. when its done it is so rewarding to look back on. and I share with Mitch Thornton , that I cant wait until you can enjoy the results of your labor. there is one question for the misses. do you look up in the trees before you dip for water? because we all remember the swing !!
keep up the hard work and sharing the smiles ! oh and if I remember correctly , water weighs 8.63 pounds per gallon. so how many pounds have you toted to use?
Love watching you guys been along since the beginning of this ride can’t wait till it’s finished keep up the awesome work
Put gravel walkways over the top of your subterranean pipe runs for easy location and access if you ever have to modify or repair them.
That's what I thought too when they were laying the pipes in the ground😅
Or some type of flat stones that can be easily mowed over. I'm sure there's rocks around there somewhere lol
Amazing progress for just a year, y'all! Can't wait to see it finished. 👍🏻❤️📹
It's been awesome to follow you guys. You both have done extremely well.
You guys are doing great! Honest labor and a great return on your investment!
I think you are an amazingly inspirational couple. From knowing nothing to achieving what you have completed so far is awesome. Well done. It just goes to show what can be done when you commit to a cause, like your own home. Congratulations from us here in lil ol New Zealand.
I started following you guys beginning of this month and went on a binge watching all of your videos.....woooooowwwwww you two are an amazing dynamic duo.....much respect.....and Spencer.....you are a genius....I love how you designed the gutter draining....with the sediment catcher.......Bravo......I too want to build my own shipping container and be off grid one day.....thanks for all the visual and all of the great ideas and thoroughly taking us step by step along with you on your amazing journey......I am a plumber by trade and one bit of advice.....maybe you already doing it and I just missed it.......always debur the inside and the outside of the plastic pipe or any pipe for that matter......it will guarantee a solid glue joint and won't scrape the glue as you're putting the joints together on the outside of the cut piece......and it will decrease any chances of debris getting caught on the inside of the cut piece......you can use any utility knife or you can pick up couple cone like metal deburring tools from homedepot also they sell the deburring pencil like tool that has a metal swivel blade which is great for the inside of any plastic or copper pipe.......anyways.......I love your channel and can't wait for another episode.......thank you for all the inspiration and a great display of teamwork........you two are are fun couple to watch and follow along.......

You guys are awesome and I look forward to each new addition. I did wonder if you were going to add a spigot at the end of the flush pipe so you can hook up a water hose to water plants or garden. Keep up the great work!
You guys are doing great, keep up the good work!
I am totally impressed with your ability to stay focused on each project until its completed and not jump to others to get a change of pace.
