Finally Thunderbolt, 10gig-E, Type C, m.2 etc are becoming norm, if only on high end boards.
No high end board should come without those.

I just had an idea that I know someone in the industry will steal, but since I don't work at a mobo manufacturers boardroom pitch meeting, I'll just say it,: Foldable ATX mobos with flex ribbons, so when you go from 1 GPU to 3 GPUs later it extends. Or can stay at a 90 bend with a riser ribbon cord so the traditional ATX cubic volume gets shrunk to the ITX form dimensions yet a 3-way SLI GPU configuration is now sitting inside a box smaller than anything that currently exists. Am I hired now?

That'll cost $1000 extra for no reason. Riser cards and PCIE extension cables are good enough.

So happy that you find my Mod on 7:30 :)
And I also participate in the R&D process of this motherboard

I do mostly Asrock only for my mainboards and that is definitely overkill. :) Bet it will do really well, nonetheless.

I hope when they properly review all these X570 boards they report on how easy it is to gain access, clean and replace those little chipset fans. Back in the day they had similar northbridge fans on older motherboards and they were usually noisy as fk, dust collectors or points of thermal related issues.

So many of us may want to replace them OEM fans with aftermarket Noctua fans, beefier heatsinks or even water cool if the OEM cooling solution isn't fit for purpose or noisy. It would be helpful if reviewers could highlight which manufacturers if any would void our warranty for wanting to improve those types of issues if they arise.

The only problem I have with the Ryzen embedded boards, is so far, I haven't seen any with dual lan.

All of the workstation boards have 10+1GB internet or 5+1GB. If you had watched the beginning of the video it covers those.

Why do motherboards look like Transformers robots these days... I don't want to pay for a a bunch of stupid bits of metal/plastic. Just give me a plain board with a green solder mask...

That ITX 570 is rather strange. I wonder why they went for that instead of just a standard GPU form factor. It seems like they just put extra steps into making an eGPU enclosure.
