Secret message (production error) at 12:10 says: "This production was funded entirely by the support of 4,444 patrons.
Its right after he says "Hard core" - like dark souls.

I can still remember the first time I purchased the first game, the cover art attracted me onto it Now I have it on Steam, nostalgic game (and yeah I can still remember the random crashes every 60 minutes as well).

Fuck yes this is so amazing learning about the best devs in video game history. From U.S. and was introduced with the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Favorite game of all time and looking forward to trying the first two games as well as getting into the books. Love!

Second time i see the editors place a hidden frame in a video. First was the Documentary about Half-life . In this video they flash the Patreon count of 4,444 at 12:10. Love your docs.

Honestly, I played Witcher 2 in 2012 like 8 times, before playing the first. Then I played the third and then.. I gave a chance to The Witcher. I don't care about graphics only about story and atmosphere. And that's why I love it. It's still my favorite. Even tho gameplay and combat system sucks, I really enjoyed it.

I spent 10 minutes pausing and unpausing frame by frame to figure out the screen blinks at 12:09. It just says:
"This production was funded entirely by the support of 4,444 Patrons"

12:10 The screen on the lower left flashes text in 1 fps and in case you couldn't catch it, it says
"This production was funded entirely by the story of 4,444 Patrons."
Noclips playin' the flash ad psychological tactic for reals my man!
. . . . eh but I though it was cool; noclips the best in gaming documentaries!

  • Влад Григорьев

"We failed with the Rise of The White Wolf, but we won with The Witcher 2".
this meant to be pun of some sort since when one White Wolf failed, the other White Wolf succeeded.

Witcher 2 didn't get nearly the amount of limelight it deserves! W1 was interesting, quirky -- it was like a Polish Gothic. It definitely held promise for the completely new take on some game mechanics in RPG: combat, alchemy... And the way those mechanics fused with the lore was spotless.
But ever since that W2 trailer, I knew exactly what to expect from W3. It was the level of quality that I didn't expect from a European publisher. It had all the qualities of a truly breathtaking world with intricate storylines. From the first moments, W2 is a blast. Everything from the way Geralt is implicated in the murder, right after a castle siege and a friggin' dragon! It's a damn shame W2 never gets the credit it's due.

Imo, the witcher 1 and 2 was like too overwhelmed for me, at first...
I mean, i was think that this just for hardcore fans of rpg action...
But, those games so fantastic, and imo those 2 games has some better aspects, than witcher 3....

Witcher 2 is the best of the series by far. 3 wasn’t even close in terms of great characters, story, and gameplay. The things that truly matter. One of the best rpgs I’ve ever played. W3 keeps getting all this attention, but people forget Witcher 2 kind of surprised everyone and came out of nowhere winning many game of the year awards and had all kinds of talk about it. That’s how I first heard of the Witcher, was all the game journalists saying Witcher 2 is amazing. They weren’t kidding.

CDPR is one of the last examples we have from the old days when games were made like art. Through real effort, creativity and time. They didn't sell out and because of that made history and are one of the most successful developers. I gurantee you if they sold out to atari, EA, ubi or other large publishers their games wouldn't be a fraction of what they are today.
