This gingerbread recipe is very unusual. Made in a 9"x 9" pan or a heavy bottomed skillet and pouring the batter over 2 cups of a liquid orange juice mixture, the baking process creates it's own sauce under the cake. Serve this up with some homemade whipped cream and you have a dessert that will have everyone wondering how you did it!
    Ingredients: heavy bottom skillet
    2 cups Orange Juice
    1/2 cup Sugar
    1 TBs. Butter
    1/2 tsp. orange peel
1 14 oz box Gingerbread Mix
    1/2 cup milk
    1 TBs. oil
serve with Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream

Hi Margie. Your apron is so cute. That Gingerbread cobbler looks and sounds delicious, along with the fresh whip cream. This would be a nice dessert for Fall through Thanksgiving. Thanks for sharing and hope you are enjoying your weekend. :)
