    OOoo! I've always wanted to try bungee, they have classes at my local aerial gym but they are super expensive and you have to take a harness class before the bungee class at my gym. You should try aerial silks, It's SO FUN!

    or. and this might be crazy, but hear me out. you could just not make your "workout" easier and actually get something out of it.. you know. maybe use gravity.

    What makes exercise work is the resistance. You're working against gravity, friction, or elasticity. A bungee cord removes the gravity. The fact that you start off doing "the world's easiest push-ups" and are launching yourself off the floor isn't a workout. That'd be like doing a bench press with the barbell being suspended from a winch and someone else using the winch to lift the barbell up and down while you just hold on to it. It's not an exercise.

    you guys looked amazing. Next you should definitely try aerial arts stuff like the lyra silks and the pole harness(you can do flips in the air) I definitely think you can do it because you are so strong and amazing.

    Try our PHphsique in North Carolina, Supplies all that is needed to start a Bungee studio from training to equipment. After being trained in 2106 Melanie the owner and her team have been seen regularly on TheXvid and TV such as the Pickler & Ben Show .

    You need to try buhurt! It's full contact sparring in medieval armour! You've got one on one duels and group fights. It's really cool

    I did bungee fit all last year and just wore my normal workout clothes (leggings, sports bra, shirt). The important thing is appropriate underwear, this is not the time for your sexy underwear unless you want a very intense wedgie from the harness.

    I'm dying because the reason those harnesses are so uncomfortable is they're on backwards from how they're designed to be used. They're rock climbing harnesses so usually that attachment point should be in the front not the back.

      Lavilover10 and the carabiner is through the tie in loops. In terms of safety it doesn't really matter for this, but using the belay loop would probably be a bit less tight and more comfortable.
