Ah yes, the Rapper worth 230 million dollars I'm sure will never recover from spending 0.17% of his net worth if that figure is even accurate

Net worth isn’t how much money you have
As it’s how much you could have like
Uselly peopel would have less if they liquidated all there assets but one
      This is a stupid purpose
Two it’s a smart purchase if your rich and want to launder money but I doubt m&m is laundering money … through nfts
3 jsut invest in stocks it’s safer more reliable and you can cash out whenever you want

@Alex Hutchins not really man, it’s just a different form of payment.. this is the exact way people felt when switching from the gold standard to cash.. cash use to be a written promise to pay gold in the future.. all nfts are, are a cash piling community.. you buy nfts not to keep but to sell an a higher price.. it’s just like big coin.. the art work is only realest at a slow rate.. soon there won’t be as much nfts to choose from and all it takes is for one rich guy to want your nft.. they do make sense just not to the normal 60k salary.. it’s a rich market with rich people it’s just a way to show off..

It's impossible to buy an NFT without getting finessed.
You're literally paying rediculous sums of money (hundreds of thousands, sometimes even millions) for a fucking jpeg.
There's no way to look at that objectively and say it's not a loss.

He did get finessed, considering that I recently found out that owning an NFT does not mean you have copyright over the image. In that case all he has done is flexed his wealth and bought a algorithmically computar generated image that he can't do anything with that someone else can't do by simply hitting right click.

      Dream Cream 4 months ago

@Tranidite bro I have no idea what your saying but if you don’t want to make easy money don’t buy NFTs or maybe do some more research. Also being able to attend a yacht party adds to the price and many people would love to attend such a party. You wouldn’t be talking all this crap if you bought the NFT for under $200 when it first came out and Flipped it for $300,000+. At the end of the day it has value and people are buying them.

    • Tranidite
      Tranidite 4 months ago

@Dream Cream I can literally show you many people who have, people don't do it because many have atleast some moral code to not scam people.

    • Tranidite
      Tranidite 4 months ago

@Dream Cream You can literally just make into NFT and sell it easily. Plus why would you want to go on a yacht party? Sounds like richies doing shit to be extra.

    • Tranidite
      Tranidite 4 months ago

@derek saucedo It's worth so much because of the history behind it and it being the original. NFT are only worth anything because the "ticket" is the original and that's it. In this era of the internet you can essentially get anything you want for free or near nothing. Why have the original when you can get a near exact replica for free?

    • Prospect 708
      Prospect 708 4 months ago

@Nate B if you take a picture of a car do you own it or do you need a title with your name on it? Each nft has a unique, individual address(barcode) that authenticates it. When you sell it you transfer the owner ship through the block chain from your digital wallet to the buyers digital wallet giving him the rights and ownership to it. It's not just a copied image. Before responding and hating take 5 mins of your time to understand the hype behind it. Everything will be nfts , plane tickets, concert tickets, sporting event tickets, car titles etc. Just because you don't understand a new technology doesn't make it useless. I know it looks ridiculous but 40 yeara from now some nfts will be collectibles because they were the first ones.. just like people pay money for records, tapes,, o.g Nintendos, Gameboy, Jordan's. Logan Paul paid 3.5 million for fake Pokémon cards. Don't get me wrong not all nfts but crypto punks, bored apes will be orignals. People said the internet wouldn't last too.

Bro, if I had the money Em had, and how much I'm sure he's still making, fuck it. I'd buy something similar. I personally think NFT's are stupid when i could go on Deviantart and pay someone to make a much better looking piece of art, but if you like it and you have the income to do it, fuck it, buy it. I literally don't see a difference between this and buying thousands of dollars in pokemon packs. If you make the money back effortlessly, I don't see the purpose in not buying it if you have the money. That's one of the few reasons exposeable income is nice to have.

He finessed them by buying it without a second thought because of his almost 250 million dollar net worth

He's helping the community in ways that's convenient to him. So why you hating? If anything this should inspire you to build something that a wealthy person can buy.

I'm almost 99% sure eminem didn't even buy it. He'd probably react like tobey maguire when he found out he got gifted an nft 💀💀

That "expensive" art is a scam but he could surely afford it. So it's balanced.

I think it's stupid how people react to other people's lives and what they do
So what if Eminem spends over 400k on an nft, it's his money

Even if he got finessed it really doesn’t matter. Not only does he have more than enough money to double that but he is very good with it too. The man asked his manager if he could buy a Rolex and he was already a millionaire at that point.
