HI , not trying to hate but as someone with no musical talent or knowledge whatsoever his singing sounds kind of bad to me ? It sounds more like loud speaking imo...

Although the sentiment about the live theatre being better is true... for some of us we won't ever get to even get to a city where these shows are on, or never be able to afford tickets, so we'll literally never see any of these amazing shows unless shows start doing more official recordings.

I can just imagine James Corden doing this entire opening number in his shower every night for a month before the ceremony.

His face at the end was simply amazing!! Ah... I know that feeling. Sure on the technical side, it’s a lil different... but the pay off it is more than the same. Putting on a show and listening to the cheers for the final bow, ah, so proud and so amazed by everyones hard work. I put on my last high school musical just a month ago, Fiddler On The Roof, and the final curtain call definitely was a tear jerker. Man, amazing job James. You did better than amazing!

Holy Shit the amount of time that must’ve gone into this from James to remember every word at the perfect time & all the choreography. And then seeing him hold back those tears at the end as he got a standing ovation. So respectable! James deserves all he has now - such a great, hard working man.
