  • This full class is designed to support the energetics of the body, boost circulation, and guide you back to a whole & healthy state of being. With a special focus on hip release and abductor work to support the back, this session offers opportunity to reset. In an effort to feel whole, put the pieces together, and experience powerful renewal.
    Expect an integrated practice of guided breathwork, therapeutic repetition, intentional yoga asana to bring warmth and build strength, as well as philosophy to assist you in the process of practicing yoga off the mat and in your daily life.

      Adriene this practice was an answered prayer! Thank You. 🙏 I have been sidelined to non-weight bearing yoga for the past 8 weeks (broken ankle). I was craving a longer practice that was low to the ground and not in a chair. This practice checked all the boxes for me. After the class I felt like the door was opened to the light at the end of the tunnel and the cloud of depression that had hung over me (due to not being able to walk, run, hike and climb) began to lift . Feeling Energized and Thankful 🙏🏼🙏🏼

    is there a right way to sit cross legged? sometimes I can do the toughest practices easily but it's the simple things like sitting cross legged that make my spine tired and a bit pain after 2-3 minutes...

    This is exactly what I needed. 🤍 Today I arrived back at uni after being home for a few weeks and as the evenings draw in sometimes I tend to feel a bit lost and alone at uni, a lot of the time I don't know what to do with myself. But this was perfect, I'm so proud of myself for getting on the mat and taking the time to myself to do what's best for me. This has been the perfect end to my Monday and now I'm telling myself i'm going to have a good week back at uni, I'm going to take things slow and enjoy myself as much as I can.     Thank you so much for this wonderful practice. I feel like I'd been starting to see yoga as a "chore" rather than a choice to take care of myself, and this practice really helped shift that and restart. It was perfectly paced to challenge me but also to slow things down and go back to basics.

    If EVER I needed Adriene and this incredible practice it’s now.
    My anxiety is overwhelming... still desperately trying and hoping to get to see my first Grandchild in Switzerland 🙏🏻... I’m in the UK. Covid is not letting this happen.     I find I have a lot of hip pain laying on my side, In the hip that is on the mat. I feel good, renewed, refreshed after the practice but do wonder if that hip pain is age? or something that may go away after time. I have been a faithful YWA since the beginning of this year.
