I don't like cakey brownies. I like fudgey flavor but I want them super chewy. How can I make them so so so so very chewy?

This recipe is very bad. The written recipe is different from the video. Here you whisk the butter and eggs gently, in the recipe youve told us to combine well until FLUFFY. Ive made many fudge brownies and these were a disaster. The base was literally rubber, i didnt even know that was possible.

Hi ! I’ve been meaning to ask, I just started baking and noticed that the oven temp is 350 deg. My oven is only until 250 deg, is it still possible to bake brownies and cookies and if so what adjustments should I make? Thank you!

    • KIMO OMIK

350 is in Fahrenheit, you have to convert it to Celsius (which is roughly 175 c).
