    Here are the results of DK Metcalf (6-3 228), to pick an NFL player from last year: bench 27 reps, broad jump 11-2, 40 4.33, vertical 40.5, shuttle 4.50, and 3-cone 7.38.
    A defensive player has stats like Drue Tranquill (6-2 234): bench 31 reps, broad jump 10-0, 40 4.57, vertical 37.5, shuttle 4.14, and 3-cone 6.94.

    Now you have a couple of benchmarks for guys about your size. To be fair, the NFL guys practice for months in advance.

    For comparison, JJ Watt (who is bigger than both of these guys and an elite NFL athlete) ran a 4.84sec 40yd dash, 20yd shuttle in 4.21sec and the 3 cone in 6.88sec. At 6'5" 295 pounds it's ridiculously impressive and would blow these smaller, lighter guys out of the water. Just goes to show how impressive NFL athletes are.
