I have this same injury, shit is no joke. I’ve had it for 6 years now & haven’t got the surgery yet. The worst part is waking up with it. But while in game any sudden wrong movement will hurt bad. Sucks cause it stays on your mind at all times & feels like someone is stabbing you in your shoulder.

Please make a Video about how to solve double team AD for lakers thanks. That’s gonna be a big problem in later games.

I injured my rotator cuff a few years ago it took a year for the pain to go away and get most of my movement back but it’s still not 100% and doubt I ever will.

All i heard was mumbo Jumbo. AD needs to do assisted pull ups to strengthen his shoulder muscles and not extend his shoulders so much for dunks and blocks.

Pay attention kids, physical therapy pays $50-100,000 per year in the state of CA depending on if you're the PTA or the PT.

I had a labral tear and got the surgery after about 1 year. It is fully functional but that surgery created a lot of pain and no way was I able to use the shoulder for many weeks. Summer time fix if that's what it is.

I know this injury it also happens bench pressing weights. It’s lingering but it will go away, it takes like a month or two (3-6 weeks) but that’s if you basically do nothing and just rest it. He’s playing basketball everyday so that’s why he keeps injuring it. The Lakers have like the best medical available on earth so I’m sure they’ll figure this thing out. With their level of expertise and treatment he could probably rest this month since our schedule is weak and he’ll be fine going forward.

Sholder is always more sucseptible to injury cus of its wider range of motion.
    hope AD gets well soon.
Lakers can still find a way to win without him at least in regular season. please dont rush to put him in a game more than necessary🙏💦
