Traveling to the Least Visited Country in the World

  • Do you know what the least visited country in the world is?! My experience there was incredibly surprising.

Yep, I travelled to what the internet deems the least visited country in the world. The reality is that the statistics behind this are far from perfect. Many of these small countries don't actually count how many people come visit. So it's very hard to really tell which country truly has the least visitors. Either way, I went to Tuvalu, which is somewhere in the bottom of the list... and my experience was shocking.

NEXT WEEK. BIGGEST SEEK DISCOMFORT DROP EVER. GET HYPED. Now to add a note on climate change, what's happening to Tuvalu is heartbreaking... We're trying really hard to work on our emissions. We're the first to admit that we're far from perfect and have a long way to go. We're educating ourselves on how we can be better and we carbon offset all our flights, which is a start but obviously not a final solution. We're actively experimenting with ways to improve and we'll be talking more about it in future videos! I'm feeling super grateful after this trip and I'm so excited I got to share this incredible experience with you all. Love -Thomas

Cool vid. Nice place with nice people. Man made climate change is a hoax. It is the only "science" in which its "scientists" are always wrong. Yet, rubes keep listening to their b.s. As recently in the 70's, many of the same people were predicting doom concerning the oncoming ice age. If you want to help the earth, don't breed. Meanwhile, enjoy your flight.

Lol, bunch of morons - climate is changing but has been for hundreds of thousand of years. Their are entire civilizations that are under water (and have been under water) before electricity was invented and oil used as fuel.

Just so you know, 100 years so these islands enslaved wrecked sailors and held white men as trophy possessions. These places are only civil because of European tourism.

It’s really sad to think about...
The reason the island is so beautiful

Is because there aren’t people who visit the island to ruin the economy, the oceans, the beaches, all left clean, and not filled with trash. Forests left uncut, this... is what natural life is like. Not what most of us call life. This is what life was like before people ruined it. You see how all of the people are so happy, there’s no violence, people can just walk into homes and be greeted by the owner, people smiling everywhere you go. People accept you, even though you may be a stranger, the stop for conversation. They get to know you. They have lives outside of technology. They play games in the outdoors every night. They interact. They’re kind. This, is what our lives should be like. This is true and pure.

Wow what a great people! It brought a smile to my face.
I’m not sure why everything has to have a global warming propaganda plug?
To state that Tuvalu will be the first to sink in rising seas, you should’ve at least asked some of the older people there how much the sea has taken of their island.
Some islands are sinking, some islands are rising. The earth is and has always been alive. Geographically, Tuvalu is an atoll. Which means it’s a remnant of an island that used to be there, which sank.

I got so inspired by this video that I decided to write an essay about Tuvalu in school. I wrote about the their innocence and that they're so happy despite of what they're going through in terms of climate change. I wrote about what could happen to Tuvalu and that we have to something about it. I got an A+.

Oh fuck off, Tuvalu is disappearing due to erosion not rising ocean levels.
Go and google the sea level data from Fort Denison in Sydney and notice how they have gotten lower not higher.
