What i know is turmeric is not a bleaching egent,it takes off the every day elements that our faces are exposed to + turmeric is antioxidant for applying on the face or drinking it with water.

I met Iman in the early 2000s at her reception for her foundation’s gala. She was so lovely in her regard for me and others. I really can’t say enough about what a huge impression her graciousness made on me. She is truly beautiful inside and out.

She is so correct. All of my 20s I never had a skincare routine. I would do soap and whatever cream on my face. I’m 31 now and have invested in some skincare products cause I thought to myself I need to at least try to preserve my skin lol! Thank God no wrinkles yet (maybe a few lines, nothing crazy)

as soon as she shared the ingredients to the mask, i ran to my kitchen and gathered all the ingredients! i originally followed the exact same measurements, but had lots left over, so i just lessened the amount of flour, turmeric, milk and honey. i also used whole wheat flour, because it's the only one i have and it's so wonderful!! THIS MASK IS GLORIOUS! THANK YOU IMAN
LOL! I did the same thing! So nice to know that she uses ingredients that are easy to find. That Black Diamond cream is almost $1,000 so sadly I won't be using that - unless I hit the lottery :-).

Nah. She looks maybe late 50’s/early 60’s but she has definitely aged beautifully. Let’s not downplay her appearance, she doesn’t look like she’s in her 40’s and that’s not a bad thing. Aging is a beautiful process.

I wish people would stop mentioning the 40s as the go-to age when they wanna say that an older woman looks good for her age. Today's 40s is NOT the same as the 40s of the past. Most 40somethings still have a young-looking face despite having some wrinkles. I know this because I'm in my 40s as well.

@della gool Like I said I think it’s a genetic thing because my dad is only 50 so it’s a certain age we might not consider it that old but the eye colour changes. I use think other races has the same thing as us but I have yet to meet someone who is not Somali who goes through this as well! They see perfectly clear is just it gets greish blue.

It tickles me when people say eye bags instead of hollow. Eye bags are puffy, hollow is somewhat sunken.
Only look at her hands normally you see signs of age at how the hands look but also her hands don’t show clear signs of aging
18 years old also have these.. but her skin she had no wrinkles at all and her skin looks fresh this is incredible
@Kay Fay Yup! I love my grandmas appearance. She’s aged gracefully and LOVES it. She doesn’t try to look younger with fillers, while there is no problem with it. I think it’s important to normalize aging in women!
