Hey This Old Tony, I've been trying to find the Mitutoyo 522-602 and they apparently don't make it anymore, do you know which of their models is a replacement?

I like the Knipex brand, angled head parallel jaw pliers. Any parallel jaw plies is a must.
Tony and small soft dolls... Hmmmm, I'll consider reciprocity in honor of Tony when I make a new sewing kit with a new pin cushion.

How much for the video Tony. I'm brand new to Machining and this has helped me tremendously. Plus it cracked me up.

When I bought my lathe and mill, I had my father come by to check it out. He’s been a machinist for over 40 years now, and most of the guys he works with have too. Needless to say, I don’t want for much in the way of tooling, and I can borrow most anything I haven’t been given. But even better than that, I have one of the best manual machinists in the area to come over give me answers to any questions I have. And I don’t say that because he’s my father, but because every other machinist I know has told me that.

I know I'm late, BUUUUTT congratulations. This is one of the funniest videos I've seen in a while.

You have now led me to the dark side - up until I saw ToT videos, I thought machinists were all grumpy old farts - I was wrong - some of them are young.

Seriously, I am now an avid watcher of most of those channels you pimped in the introduction. It's going to be expensive, but thank you.

Ouch. Best left for when you know what you're doing.
I like them now but definitely not for newbies. I like Gillette silver blues.

i recently got my hand on a 200mm caliper. funny story. at work someone dropped their caliper so the top teeth bent. as per protocoll we can't use deffective measuring gauges so we scraped it out. while i was going to get a gauges checked i spotted it and asked the guy who is in charge of our gauges if that one was ok, he said: no, not for work but if you wanna take it home, go ahead. so i got a 600euro caliper for free that works perfectly fine. i just had to hone down the top teeth a little bit but it still works for everyday home usage!

those feather blades are the shit. I have a weighted blade holder that's adjustable for the blade pitch. It's definitely the best way to tame those fuckin' feathers.

I actually picked up a set of Starrett dial calipers in the original case at a yard sale for $10, think I got a pretty good deal?😁 I also got a good plated butterfly safety razor at another yard sale for $5. I don't use it very often as I have been letting my beard grow out.

Feather blades? I’ve been using Feather blades for ten years. Cheap and sharp.
I wonder why when you first start using them they take off half your face? Now, I can shave fast and never nick or feel like I took half the epidurminal off my face. (Sp?)
