    nz fitness test is running as many laps in 30 minutes around a 500 meter track , as many sit ups in 60 seconds , how long you can hang on a bar with chin on top of the bar in 60 seconds , as many pull ups in 60 seconds, as many push ups as you can in 60 seconds, and in high school it's the beep test ,

    I used to be able to do pull ups in middle school...Probably not any more. Could never do them with the arms facing forward aka be able to save myself if I were clinging to the side of a bridge.

    The FitnessGram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal bodeboop. A sing lap should be completed every time you hear this sound. ding Remember to run in a straight line and run as long as possible.     Thank god im higher than the 85th percentile for my age. 4:52 mile, 20 pull-ups, 57 sit ups, and i could smoke 10 grams of weed in less than an hour

    Pull-ups weren't on the girls' list in British Columbia. We just called it "Fitness Testing." We also weren't timed on sit-ups and pish-ups. We were paced. The teacher would just call out "up, up, up" at the expected pace up to the 100% number. I always made it all the way. I was great with the long distance runs and the standing long jump, but I've never been extremely flexible, and I am NOT a sprinter.

    I hate these things, I still have another 5 years of doing them left. Ughhh, I have to do the pacer test next week and I did curl-ups and push-ups yesterday. I always do less than I can do so at the end of the year it looks like I've improved so I don't have to write an essay about why I didn't push through the pain, just ridiculous.

    I enjoyed the shuttle run and the push ups a lot more than a one mile freaking run. I did more push ups than the girls AND boys with 256 right angle push ups.
