Since he doubled down and kept pushing the boundaries without showing any signs of stopping on any social media twitch ended it before it got to a bigger problem . In the end he saw that he was in the wrong and understood that it was kinda toxic, accepted the ban and moved on . All his fans and poki should do the same

Streaming copyright content is a felony, *but* under fair use it's still ok to make transformative content out of copyrighted material.
The fact is, that theres no real cases where shit like this went to court, so there isn't any real legal basis to decide wether or not streaming a full show and reacting to it is considered transformative content and thereby fair use or not.
Now I know y'alls favorite TheXvidr told you that she *definitely* committed a crime and needs to go to jail for like 10 years, but that's simply not true.
And even if it is, she's not the one that actually made this stream available to everyone. It's twitch. Twitch is the one that actually gets into legal trouble because they are the ones that are illigally streaming Copyrighted Material to thousands of people. it's *their servers that provide the content!* So if anything the original copyright owner would need to sue twitch and they would need to sue pokimane for the damages. That's why twitch offers anyone the ability to take down their own copyrighted material via a copyright strike when they feel like the usage of their own copyrighted material doesn't fall under fair use. Twitch doesn't contest it because they don't want to go to court and so the streamer receives a ban.
