You know they make industrial chillers that get massive. I worked with them to chill matching networks.

spray all the mobo with the pieces already tested (heated dryied) with coating spray, AND CANIBALIZE IT!!! Make it so cold and so oc that it became a water moisture generator... Coating with nano 3mm spray coating should do it.

What would happen if you put a water block on every component that would need cooling and put the whole thing in a vacuum chamber? i'd assume it would be hard for condensation to form in next to no atmosphere

Invert the entire assembly so that the motherboard is backside up. That way condensation will drip down on the desk away from all the components

How about building up a rim around rhe entire cpu block to catch the condensation? You could even run a drain line off that modified cpu block to carry the condensate away safely

  • Coty Collins

Using an actual water cooler you don't need antifreeze, it doesn't provide any better heat transfer. Only reason you use antifreeze in vehicles is to keep the water in your cooling system from freezing in winter temps. Using purified water instead would probably provide more heat transfer due to the water being thinner then a antifreeze/water mixture. I can see why you used antifreeze in your homemade build as the water could've froze up and clogged the passage ways.
