@Robert bro none of the previous managers have come in and exposed the owners and players. None of the the previous managers have actually done a proper rebuild. We still have players like jones in the club. Fair enough if he’s a Sergio ramos but he’s not. The simple facts are that every manager who has come in has tried to do a quick glue and fix which does nothing when a club is so down low in literally every aspect. Managers don’t even get backed “fully” and most of the time are forced to buy players they don’t want OVERPRICED with no compatibility to the rest of the team. Clearly things have not been done correctly and I stand by this.

We've said the same about so many, we haven't produced a superstar from the Academy in a very long time, we've produced decent players like Rashford, McTominay and Greenwood, none of which fulfilled their potential. Last one was Pogba and look what we've done to him. Make no mistake this isn't a 2-3 year re-build, this is a 20 year overhaul.

    • Haych
      Haych 15 days ago

@Robert I mean when was the last time a manager came in and spoke truthfully about the issues at Manchester united?
When was the last time we actually had a big clear out of players and brought in the players we actually NEEDED?
      ill wait..

I think background does matter when judging u18s who are still learning their skill that’s united issue we put pressure on players until they turn into flops greenwood,Rashford, lingers, martial varela the list goes on keep they are all quality we don’t need opinions of failure salty fakes

Thanks for the honesty guys, we gave you a game and made you work for it we had our chances and I honestly thought we was the better side up until the pk and that decision has pretty much been the Norm from first team down to our lads and credit to both teams. Our first season as a cat 1 academy we're in the playoffs at u23s level and 4th in u18s and our first ever FA Cup final all in our first season. There really is a new belief around the club atm and the Forest is definitely slowly but surely getting our amazing club back to where we belong. So proud of all the lads. Atmosphere was amazing I was in the away end my wife was in United end look forward to more games like these soon hopefully. Well played United.

@eathan stanley well even if that were the case(which it wasn't) in the game of football you need to draw level regardless of the situation, and unfortunately they couldn't do that.

United have always placed great emphasis on youth players since the Babes.

Hope the first team guys are watching these young lads play with commitment and hunger something they lack considerably, at least these lads have brought a small bit of pride back to the club, well done.

Probably the first time I have smiled after a united result even if it had to be the under 17 team to win something I’m exited to see what garnacho can do in the future

    Well done lads, congratulations.
Every united team gives us a reason to be proud for the exception of the men's first team. Those guys make me sad.
