    I was screaming 'mad girls' throughout the workout. It was so tough. I couldn't keep up them so had to take multiple long breaks! But man that sweet feeling after finishing it. Kinda feeling doing it for whole week to become stronger 🙈

    I love this 40-minute workout! It kicks your butt without being too complicated, and there is a good variety to keep things interesting and prevent strain on one area of the body. Trainer is very motivating!

    Wow what a great work out! I did it over two days because it was a little intense for me but I can't wait to o it again. Inner thigh muscles i didn't know I had were sore for 3 days! Great energy, and also really helpful to follow Anna's modifications :)

    i was 2 rounds in and im like hmm not so bad, but that third round!!!!!!!!! i didnt know i was sweating so much until we got that 15 sec break and my tanktop was drenched. those 5 mins of squat jumps though esp after we did technically 6 rounds of lat squats before hand 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮. i modified but i didnt give up!!! 💪💪💪

    I've just starting my fitness journey today , actually just finished a popsugar video, all I wanted to know is if these really work (no hate or not to come off as rude) , has anyone tried these videos and have lost weight as a result of these videos , these videos are really postive and fun and I surely hope they work because they sure feel like they do ! 🤞🤣 Good luck to everyone trying to lose weight or starting to get healthier / increasing fitness etc , I believe in all of you !     That was great!!!! Nice trainer, easy exercices, nothing hurt, modifications helpful and such interesting exercices and tricks!!! I always felt my neck hurt while doing crunches and this technique is sooo comfortable and helpful! And the reverse plank was great!!
    the squat jumps made me loose balance a bit but i switched to the modification and slowed down. More from tara lyn emerson please!

    I'm a person that hates cardio (that's why I prefer other methods, like pilates) and am on my third week back working out after a 2 year break! I gotta say this is the only cardio I actually liked doing! Wasn't able to do all exercises in full, mostly during the cardio challenge (and don't even think I ever will, lol!!!), but I grrrrred a lot (a sign I was really pushing myself 😅). Thank you for this!
