@StunnerAlpha yeah unfortunately this is a reupload. The original had some audio issues for the first 40 seconds so they cut it. I made the timestamps for the original and they worked. Whoever reposted didn't take that into account

I have worked at walmart and seen the skeleton repair crews that walmart hires, they don't care or have the attention to detail usually to care about their effect on their environment when they are "repairing" the one part that they need to do.
Aka, they could have just been between the roof hatch and whatever equipment might have been on the roof to have been stepped on.

    38:00 routine inspections needed.
Routine inspections/maintenance will fix things that break and also find problems in the system that may have happened in install. Electrical connections will discolor when overheating due to bad connection. Seen it a bunch of times. Heck, just happened to me recently at RV park. Bad outlet melted cord. 30amp120v.
With the expansion alone on the heat (electrical resistance/power and sun) of electrical connections, then the contraction when cooling, I would think maybe a wire or so in a long time, I have personally seen one strand walk out a tightened electric connection over a period of two years. Every few months had to reset a breaker for my shed which is next to The one I'm talking about for the main pedestal feed on the manufactured home. Aluminum wire. Once it was out, it never moved again till facility had person fix it. Was between pedestal and facility, only facility maintenance/Edison could fix.

Wendell, you mentioned that you can downgrade the BIOS on an Asrock mobo. I need to do that even though the site says, 'Once you flash this bios you cannot revert to an earlier one.' Can you tell me how? I searched the level one forums and could not fine any info on it.
Again, thank you guys for the stuff you bring to us. I grew up in the 70s and 80s and this is the stuff we dreamed about having available.

My new smart home has smart dirt that regulates the nutrient levels to keep my dumb grass from growing too fast. My smart lawnmower is pissed off over that one!

I think the phone being a fashion statement is completely true, even within the enthusiast environment. Its just different depending on the social group. Like I get a buzz from having a phone that I can say is better and cheaper than apple (such as allowing for SD cards and having a 3.5mm jack).

I was using a phone from 2009 until last year.
I upgraded to a Umidigi One, which cost $130. Stock Android out of the box, big battery, amazing phone.
(Ok I should note the fling I had with a Galaxy Note 4, which died in a boot loop during an OS update in less than a year, at which point I gave up on premium smart devices forever.)

When it comes to the Firearms laws in America, in all states you own the projectile(s) until it comes to a complete rest and are responsible for any damages caused by the projectile(s).

Some of the issues with the Rancher that was allowing remote hunting was they where allowing people to hunt without proper licenses and they had no way to vet the users to prevent people who where not allowed to own/posses/use a firearm from utilizing the service. I feel like many of the firearm laws are grossly misrepresented here largely use to ignorance, not supersizing given the audiance. For example in America, you can be charged with a crime if you knowingly allow someone who has had their 2A rights revoked handle a firearm. If you know someone who should not have access to a firearm has access to a firearm in many status you ave a legal obligation to report them. In fact gun dealers have to report all unlawful attempts to purchase firearms to include suspected straw buyers (knowingly buying a gun for another individual).

It is against the law to employ booby traps even in your own home as it may cause damages or loss of life to innocent by standards. Example of which would be if you had a bear-trap hidden in your entry way that you never used with the intent to capture home invaders. While this might work in the event of a home invader assuming they entered through the front door and not a window/backdoor and you would arguable protected under the castle doctrine. However what happens if your friend/family/emergency responders and enters through the front door and is maimed or killed by the trap.

Good show so much tech news, thanks Wendell and luke!

Comet lake is just a refresh of the refresh of coffee lake with 2 more cores. And 95 watt coffee lake part already pulls 125 watt Intel always lies about there Watts. I bet my Asus formula x board can handle 130 watt easy just like most high end boards. And why would anyone want a 125 watt cpu with only 10 cores when you can get 12 core with only 105 watt form AMD and have pcie gen 4.
Because i dont hear you talk about intel supporting PCIE gen 4?

3 years on a mobile is your batterij life basicly, after 3 years there done. I mostly do 6 years with a phone and then sell it second hand. I replaced my Samsung Note 2 last year, it still works needs a new batterij and it will do 3 days use on it again. A modern phone your happy if it last a day, to be honest phones when backwards in a lot of use full functions like batterij life and headphone jack sd slots and durability.

Glass phone are made to break. Its glass people, use your brain. They can tell whatever they want, glass is breakable and modern phones almost always shatter within 2 years, i refuse a total glass phone for that reason and for the reason there a nightmare to replace a batterij. I use a leather case that sits around the rubber case, so i dont get pocket crap in my speakers and mic and it saves your screen from drops most of the time.

I really want a proper OS on my next phone. I was hoping i would be able to get a Ubuntu phone or just install my own linux version on my phone to keep google form data mining.
I really loved my nokia N900 for that reason, took a bit of work to get root, but then i was able to use SSHD to my server and have access to my total raid array and have all my music and movies from my server everywhere. Second thing is I want more battery life. I dont care if my phone is 1 cm thick if it has a batterij that last me days!

I loved the mini fold pc/phone things, i owned a couple. Just having a qwerty keyboard on your device is such nice thing to have, i hate touch screen typing.
