i have not read all books as Iranian. but i think these kinds of books work well better in U.S.A rather than Iran. Although i my self prefer 7 influencing habits of wealthy people, i thin the most important part of being rich is your MIND. In iranian Zorasterian beliefs exists one good idealogy: THINK GOOD,SAY GOOD, DO GOOD. thank you.

the marketplace has changed since kiyosaki said things like your house, cars, clothes are liabilities. with the 'sharing' marketplace and services like airbnb, turo, etc. you can turn those 'liabilities' into assets again. some of the 'rules' set by some of these books have changed or no longer apply under the ways the 'new rich' think about them.

There are no buisness books needed. Just get a crash course on how to make a feasibility plan
Rich men became rich because of a secret recipe .
    Wanna know it ?
    Do you ??
The recipe is : 1-They worked really really hard
Most these other stuff that I came across when reading these books are commkn sense . If they were not common sense to you then you have a much bigger problem to fix kn yourself .
2- get a mentor/buisness advisor to check your buisness plan . Some are for free and some charge money . I pay for my mentor , but it is really cheap compared to the time I am saving by listening to his advise
3- don't get greedy , incorporate others to share your success even if it means your piece of the pie got smaller. The important is not money , but to create something of true value and to have fun . Money will follow later

See you on the top :)

Thank you for recommending 4 hour work week ALux! I got inspired to travel to different southeast asian countries after reading it. I made a video on southeast asia if anyone want to see it: thexvid.com/video/M17rByIz-oI/video.html

The book teaches you to use your resources and use the concept of geographical arbitrage. Which means that if you're from a first world country, your currency goes far in developing nations! You have the opportunity to take advantage of this. It also teaches you to WORK SMART not HARDER. It changes your perspective and your thinking. I highly recommend Tim Ferriss.

I read Rich Dad Poor Dad in a bookstore in one day when I was in grad school and didn't have money to buy it. So I just sat in the bookstore and read it cover to cover. It changed the way I think. It doesn't tell you HOW to do what it tells you to do and it's kind of repetitive at times. But it left me with a lot of questions to ponder. I guess that curiosity at the end of the book was invaluable.
