    I don't have maple syrup here in India .so how much more coconut sugar or unrefined sugar to be added in place of maple syrup?

      I used dates syrup and it worked fine as could try melting our good old Jaggery ..its a good substitute. Use less if you worry about the sweetness. Good luck.

    I also tried the 3 ingredient cookie recipe- yes it was okay but this was 10/10. My husband and kids approved of these cookies. Thanks for sharing! I did use rice flour instead of oat- just had it available and needed to use up. Delicious. 🥰🥰🥰

    Dear Petra,​ I wonder why all your recipes are so perfect and​ the result is always excellent, tasty, delicious and of course healthy!?!
    Peanut Butter cookies! Aaaa Unfortunately it's impossible to comment them because of my poor English!
    I couldn't imagine that these cookies can be so delicious!!!! I strongly recommend them to all!!!
    The sweetness is exactly as it's needed to be although I didn't add coconut sugar. Instead of it I added​ a little bit more maple syrup.​ ​
    They are lightly crispy outside and soft and chewy inside. The texture and the taste are incredibly good and tasty! They are like professionally baked cookies from bakery!!
    But it's important to bake them not too long! You have to bake them exactly as it's said in the recipe. I baked my cookies for 10 minutes. It depends on every oven and on the shape of your cookies.
    Now these excellent cookies will be often in my house!! I loved them so much!

    Is there a difference between using oat flour, almond flour, buckwheat flour etc? I see a lot of recipes call for different flours and I’m just curious what the difference is :) is just about preference? Thank you ❤️

    Is there an error in the oat flour measurement? I started 1.25 cup but it was too sticky and runny. I kept adding flour. I didn't measure how much more but about 3/4 cup more yet it was still rather sticky. Too sticky to make the fork imprints. They're in the oven now. The batter tastes good so I'm sure they'll still be delicious.

    Dear Petra! PLEASE do not change anything!Be you ! Eat a cookie!!! I actually watched the video again as I was shocked at the lack of manners shown by one of your viewers.... Why someone would complain about you testing and hearing you crunch a cookie!!!!???? You are beautiful,eloquent and I seriously DID NOT even notice one swallow or crunch....ugh .. @barbarasmith ...... really? This is a real person doing an excellent job,maybe you would have less to complain about by watching a million dollar Food Network program with expensive production equipment.It is comments like this that make me think I will not put up with viewers negativity should I start a channel in the near future and if that has me at a loss so be it. I love this channel,I am studying nutrition and prepping myself for the onslaught of negativity that comes with the territory of a home made channel!!!!     Can I use almond flour or rice flour instead of the oat flour? My stomach didn't digest oat 😢 I'm looking for peanut butter cookies recipe to gain healthy weight 🤗. How many calories? I don't mind high good calories 🤓. I need 2,400 kgcal per day, but my traditional food for 3 meals are totally only under 1,500 kgcal. So this recipe is my hope. 🤗🤗🤗

      @NutritionRefined I'm glad you found it. You can buy one which mixed with white jasmine rice or buy the 100% pure Riceberry. Because the Riceberry...ah... Can I say that "the Mather is the Jasmin rice and the father is black Hom Nin rice. They got married these rices to get the Riceberry as the child"? Lol, I don't know how to explain science in English, I'm so sorry. So, if you buy the real high quality Riceberry (we called the early season harvest), it will be so fragrant and tender even you cook 100% pure Riceberry because it's has the Jasmin rice's blood. (you know what I mean). Sometime, people cook or sell the riceberriy by mixing with white Jasmin rice because they are afraid that it will not be tender enough to them or to the foreigners. You can check the quality of the rice by
      1. Grow at North of Thailand (my home! The word 'berry' is the name represent of where they grown is cool place (Northern Thailand is cool area) and load of nutrients)
      2. The color is totally dark. Dark or black violet, not pale or lighter. The darker is more quality.
      ^ this simply quality checking support you get the good and tender one.
      You don't need to wash this black rice because the nutrition will flow away by the water. But if you want to wash your hair, black Riceberry water is the good one!
      I always cook 1 cup of pure Riceberry with 1.5-2 cups. Sometime I soak it 30 minutes before cook. I hope they export more Riceberry. It's really good.

      @NutritionRefined I live in Thailand and we have 'black rice-berry' products here. The Black Rice-berry developed by Thai farmers. It has load of vitamins such as Vitamin E, C, A, K., anti-oxidants such as Tannin, gramma-oryzanol, and very high sodium and fiber, but 0% sugar. It's so fragrant and tender, when I combined with any food, it provides wonderful taste. It's the super rice here. However, I hope you can find the 'Thai Riceberry flour' or the rice version one via shopping online there. I hope they export some. Sincerely, I want to deliver it to you as a gift, but I checked the delivery price, it is so expensive (950 THB) although, the flour rice's price is acceptable (75 THB). I feel so bad 😢

    Do you have experience or any idea on making sugar free, gelatin free marshmallows? I have come across the Russian version using agar agar. I will attempt that using Lakanto sugar,
    but any ideas, advice?

      You can do a Google search for a corn syrup free recipe for Marshmallows
      I have made some with maple syrup and/or honey and they are yummier than typical marshmallows and you can dust your pan for the mallows with cinnamon and/or cacao powder if you like...

      Dian Clarke , I sometimes grind up some sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds into flour and use that as an alternative 😊 (as well as spelt in a half /half mix)
