First of all, WELCOME HOME! Secondly, as a couple who also moved from a one bedroom one bathroom apartment to a 3 bedroom townhome, bathrooms are such a blessing lol. Thirdly design suggestions for the half bath, you could totally put a nice large platter on that shelf with black pebbles, a scented candle. In the cabinet below, plenty of extra toilet paper but make sure to have poopy spray! As a guest having to use someone else’s potty is embarrassing if they have to go poop. For the kitchen handles, yes, you always want to have all handles to make throughout the house and the black looks so nice in a white kitchen. Another suggestion would be to put some black kitchen bar stools for that beautiful Long Island and a nice dark wood table with black medal legs would be a great statement piece to tie it all together. Love watching y’all’s channel! I’m living vicariously through you both! Enjoy, from Texas!

Stair design advice, I think a photo accent wall would be a really neat and personal touch. You could do an accent wall color and photos or just the photos.
I come from a family of interior designers and my grandma always told me “only put a mirror in a place you love the reflection” so if you love the view when a mirror is placed there, a mirror could also work!!!
The black kitchen accents are a win! We have an all white kitchen with wood and black accents. We love it, as do our guests assuming they aren’t just being kind haha.

I love the house! It’s so pretty and is the perfect size for two people and will continue to be the perfect size as you grow your family! I feel like pictures on the walls going up the stairs or a mirror in the middle wall would look really good. Also, matte black hardware in the kitchen would tie in any black you want and also look great on the white cabinets and drawers. The same style of hardware as well gives it a modern look for sure!

Hello, hello Scott family! Love the new house and am so happy for you. ❤ Suggestion for the wall in the landing from first floor to top, paint a chevron design wth soft colors so it's not overwhelming. The wall color now is awesome so if you used a soft sand as the other color it would be dramatic without being too much and because the current color is so great, super fast to do. Not sure of the size of the space so I can't exactly recommend a stripe size, but we did 1' stripes and it's stunning! I have a great hack for getting prefect lines if you need it (literally just used it this weekend). Then, I'd put a huge, oversized black framed mirror (this will tie in with the black hardware you mentioned) and a tall palm plant. Great space!
Black hardware in the kitchen would look fantastic, as you were thinking. I would also change the hardware in the mat bath to match the kitchen since it's the same (feel) cabinetry. Not sure about the black coffee table with the glass top in the living room. It feels a little dated but really it depends on the style.
Floor to ceiling curtains in the master that are pooled a bit at the bottom will give you the illusion of an enormous amount of height without much cost or effort. Just remember to double, if not quadruple, the number of panels you use to get the fullness.
LOVE the mirror in the master bath!
